I did not pick this company. My builder did that being said I would never use them or recommend them to anyone. within 30 days of installing a waterproof/Scratch resisting PVC flooring it broke all throughout the house. Right off the bat the manager tried blaming it on what we were cleaning the floors with. I had to call them multiple times as they never would get back with me. Had to get the manufacturer and home builder involved.
They sent there installer out to replace boards but they just broke days later. Finally there solution was to replace the whole house with the same exact floors. I told them I did not want to do that when they had there installer without notice show up with the material. The manager assured me this was a different material and the warranty would start all over again.
Well within 2 weeks it started breaking all over again. After another year of chasing them down to get resolution again they told me it was my fault they were breaking due to pet urine. Funny I do not have a pet and as you can see in my pictures of the floor that was taken up, there is no kind of moister/urine on the floor or the back of the boards.
The manufacturer told me direct that there rep came to the conclusion Builders Wholesale did not properly install the floors both times. Now I have to replace my whole house at my expense from the floors they put down I paid over $18k for that never held past 2 weeks. Be aware of this place and how they run there business!
