Only giving a one star because I can't give less. I Had a vinyl floor put in our home a few years back. This flooring had a lifetime warranty on the product. Spoke with Brent when we had a issue with the flooring coming apart in multiple places throughout the house and he had someone come out and fix the issues. Less then a week later those same exact spots were coming apart again.
And now even more spots are coming apart. Called and left multiple messages for Brent never got a call back. Called up again and actually got him on the phone and said he would come out and look again never showed up. Since this time I have called and called and have never received a phone call back or anything. Would never use him again or ever recommend him for anyone to use. He will not call back and not stand behind the product.

We called Triple AAA Carpets to set up an appointment for someone to come out to measure and give us a quote for new flooring. We told them what we were looking for (luxury vinyl plank). The person said that someone would be calling us back to set up the appointment. TWO days later, we received a call and set up the appointment. Again, we told the person what we were looking for.
The day of the appointment, the gentleman showed up with NOT ONE SAMPLE! He measured and said he would give us a quote "in a day or two". It's been over a week and a half and still NO QUOTE!. He even admitted to us that they are not busy and have no walk in customers right now. It was obvious that they don't care if they have work or not. Would never recommend them to anyone!

My carpet was installed December 2017. I originally worked with Bruce who could not have been more pleasant and honest. We do not wear shoes in the house and I vacuum at least once a week. The carpet started looking worn and like it needed to be stretched in several places in less than 6 months of installation. When I called Brent told me carpet was warranted for customer satisfaction for 30 days.
Little did he know I had taken pics of back of carpet samples saying carpet is warranted for 10 years. He went on to say that my hallway was a high traffic area and that cooking among other things will cause carpet to wear out quicker. He finally agreed to come out and look at the carpet but it was a few months before he came out. He tried to put blame on us for carpet wear.
When I showed him pics of carpet warranty he changed his tune and said he could file a claim with Shaw. Months went by and I didn't hear back. Finally I called him and he said he had a check from Shaw for reimbursement. Seriously? He didn't bother to call me and let me know. I told him to just put the check in the mail. He said I could come pick out a more expensive grade of carpet and he would put check toward that carpet.
So I agreed. After choosing the new carpet months went by and I didn't hear back. I called and left messages. He never returned my calls. Finally, mid July I called and he said carpet was there. This was now 1 1/2 years after initial installation. He told me he would get installation scheduled. Again I did not hear from him. I called no less than 10 times over a few weeks and left messages.
I finally told woman that answered she could take a message but he probably wouldn't call back bc he didn't return other calls. I called one more time and he was in. He said he hadn't called back bc he's out of office 80% of the day. What about the other 20% of the day? He went on to say that he was going to put my check in the mail and I could find someone else to do carpet.
He didn't like that I told woman he didn't return calls. I was simply speaking the truth. Seriously? He dragged this out for the past year and now he's going to put check in the mail which is what I told him to do to begin with. Do yourself a favor. Go anywhere else but this place. I called Carpet Supermart and their service cannot be beat. They did our floors in 3 bathrooms and kitchen and they did a great job.
They do not subcontract out. Their installers work for them. They also have a much bigger selection of flooring to choose from. If they do not have what you want in their showroom they will go above and beyond to get it. We will never trust anyone else again!

I can't vouch for the quality or installation of flooring, but if it's anything like the honesty of the people there then I have no doubts you'd be in good hands. I came in looking for a specific flooring that needed to be installed within a short timeframe. Bruce was incredibly nice and admitted that while the flooring could be ordered, there was no way they'd be able to install within my timeframe. He then referred me to another company he thought might be able to help. The honesty was refreshing and very much appreciated.
