Not helpful and not stand by their work! Updated. The carpet I bought I now believe was inferior and the padding has ripples everywhere in three rooms. I was told by a outside contractor that the padding was installed improperly. Its been about 3 years since bought. All will have to be replaced. A lost of good money. Updated June 8, 2021. The carpet owner came and saw the carpet.
He admit the ripples shouldn't be there and suggest he would fix this. No date given. He also inspected the poor matted quality of the carpet in three rooms, then adding a verbal statement, saying his carpet was first class. He then passed the blame to the carpet representative who he will be contacted to come to inspect the matter carpet in three rooms.
The owner even suggested if the carpet wasn't professional steam clean, the carpet probably wouldn't be warranted. It was professional steam cleaned by me. I have worked for a vaccum equipments company and was trained to clean carpet. He gave me all reasons not to stand by the poor installment and poor quality of the carpet. I felt like the experience was a waste of time and money.
As of June 26, 2021 no follow up information from Fred Michael, the Owner. It has been over a month. It's now July 13, 2021, I still haven't heard from the Owner Fred Michael. Mr. Michael said he would correct the ripples in the carpet padding and have a factory representative to call me about the carpet inequality. You don't treat good paying customer this way. October 2021 No Contact or Calls from Owner Fred Michael. November 2021 No Contact or Calls from Owner Fred Michael. March 2022 No Contact or Call from Owner Fred Michael

I want to thank you very much for helping me with the carpet. You have the most reasonable prices I wish I could have buy everything in the store. It saddens me to know that good people like yourself that reach out and help people like me are closing their doors cuz we need people like you to stay around. If anybody reading this review does one thing I hope it's to go see this man and buy some reasonable priced carpet before he closes his door because there are so many and I mean so many beautiful pieces to choose from from without breaking your budget.
