We found the purchasing experience to be very professional. Danny was really helpful. We used their online tools to design our new floor and our tiles were delivered promptly. Installing the floor (once we had cleaned and prepped it) only took an hour except for measuring and cutting the edge pieces. That was tedious and took another 7 hours, but we are thrilled with the finished product!

Choose Swisstrax tiles for my garage upgrade. Installation was as expected and Swisstrax even refunded me for unused tiles. What a great transformation. Best part was that the tiles lay on existing floor, no special cleaning or floor preparations necessary.

Cant speak for the flooring, but its been more then half a month and I still haven't received the flooring. The processing time is ridiculous. On top of that, customer service keeps giving me timelines and not sticking to them. Update: Just got an email 17 days after placing my order that its on hold due to product being on backorder. 17 DAYS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER! Would not recommend.

I have all positive things to say about this company. After deciding to install new flooring in our garage, I opted to look into Swisstrax. They were efficient, replied instantly, provided quotes, and were available for questions when needed. The price was a deal considering how great the flooring turned out and how sturdy the material is. The rep Danny was very helpful through the entire process and I never felt lost in translation. Installation was so quick and easy, and the result of the flooring is amazing.

I am hoping you can help. I have tried contact out guys in home you will be able to assist me in finding a man that took a piece of jewelry from me. All I have to go on it that he works at a graphic design shop and helps paint logos. If you could please point me in the direction of the shop. He has blocked me from being able to communicate. I do have proof the he admired to taking me ring and will not give it back if you need the screen shots of the conversation please let me know.

I purchased Swisstrax Ribtrax for our 3 car garage after doing quite a bit of research regarding various garage flooring solutions. After deciding on plastic floor tiles and configuring my design on the Swisstrax website, I placed the order with Danny Verdugo. He responded same day answering all my questions and provided a detailed quote. FedEx shipping was included and I received my 17 boxes of tiles in an amazing 4 days! Danny also responded quickly to all my follow-up installation questions.

I found the installation instructions straightforward and had the majority of the tiles laid in 3 hrs working alone. The custom cutting of edge tiles along two walls required another 3 hours but the end result is spectacular. My design was. combination of light and dark grey 15 3/4 square tiles along with Racing Red highlight tiles and border tiles. Very satisfied with the product, speedy delivery and great customer service.

This is a great product that is easy to install and cut. Once you get going it basically lays itself. It totally made the garage seem quieter and more spacious. Thanks to Kyle for the recommendations and the great customer service.

We originally bought Swisstrax for one of our 3 garages approx 10 years ago. We were really pleased on how it looked and received many compliments on it. We hesitated on the cost to do our additional double garage, but finally decided to go forward and were very happy with that one as well. Almost three years later we started having a problem with the double garage tiles.

We contacted Jacob at Swisstrax to see if there was anything that could be done. He said to send him pictures of the problem and he would get with his manager to see if there was anything they could do. The very next day we received a call from Jacob about the issue. He had spoken to his manager and they stood behind their product 100% and resolved our issue with total satisfaction.

We were blown away with the amazing customer service and quick response! There are many less expensive garage flooring options out there, but this totally reinforced why we made the decision to go with Swisstrax. Swisstrax's reputation is well known for their products and service and we are just one more satisfied customer to attest to that! We are so happy with both garages, we continue to get compliments on both floors and are happy to recommend Swisstrax to them for theirs!

Had swisstrax ribtrax for my garage for 7 years and its been rock solid, always looks clean. Added few more tiles and Jason been great help assisting getting me the right amount on time.

We discovered Swisstrax from a billboard on the 10 Freeway going west from Indio towards Palm Springs. We called them when we got home. We talked to a sales rep, Jacob Crawford, who has been terrific from the start! He is very courteous and professional and had no trouble answering all of my questions. We purchased their standard Ribtrax product. We got them installed today on our garage floor, only four days after discovering them from that billboard!

The installer, Kenny, works independent of Swisstrax but has a lot of experience installing them. He did a terrific job on this. Unless someone is really good at installing this kind of product I would highly suggest they have a professional like Kenny do the job. Our garage floor looks SO much better than before! One suggestion I would have for any future customer is to make sure, if they have one, that their side door has enough clearance for the modular tiles which are about 3/4 inch thick.

My wife and I didn't consider this but fortunately there was enough clearance on our side door. My wife and I highly recommend this very reputable company. If possible I would also ask for Jacob Crawford because we know he's a terrific salesman.

A very poor customer service company (watch out for Chris Cellini) that can't make a deal with a customer. They try to nitpick you about taxes and shipping, promise you free edges, but not too many. They say "I'll match the other company's offer" one day, and "sorry, my VP did not approve such a transaction" the next day. Make up your mind guys. Are you in or are you out? Are you a serious business?

I called and got a sample tile from a few brands of flooring and this is the Best by Far! More secure connectors and a solid feel. Once I decided on the Ribtrax style, the Floor Design tool online was easy to use. I called in and started my order process and they made sure I had everything needed including the edge pieces. The installation took me about 3 hours including trimming the tiles for a perfect fit.

Experience has been amazing with this flooring! Does not get slick when wet and does not peel up on hot tires like Stains and Epoxy. When wet, the water and dirt falls under the ribs and keep us from tracking it into the house. Just blow out the garage with a leaf blower. Always looks Great!

It appears a normal courteous method of doing business escape's this company. I called for an estimate for flooring. A date and exact time was scheduled for someone to come out and give an estimate. On the day of the appointment I received a call from the estimator asking If I could meet at the property 3 hours on a Saturday earlier then then appointed time.

When I said no and asked why the agreed upon time wasn't available, I was told he couldn't wait until the appointed time. He then asked me " Do you really need the estimate, that day"? The lack of consideration and professionalism is of great concern here. I will buy my flooring for someone who understands proper business etiquette
