Worst company to work with. Definitely wouldn't buy their product.

I needed a small piece of padding to put under an area of carpet that had gotten wet. Jonathan was very helpful in finding a large piece in the dumpster. that was okay with me. It was clean and usable. When I'm, ready to carpet my second bedroom, I will definitely stop at Flooring Innovations and work with Jonathan.

Wish I had read the reviews on YELP Ordered two rugs in March. talked to store at least 4 times in the intervening months pending our arrival in the fall to insure readiness. On our arrival and the agreed upon delivery date, the rugs were not ready. "No one told me what to do" one worker said. Delivery delayed 4 days. After calling to be certain two people were coming as furniture needed moving to lay the rugs down, two guys showed up and dragged in the rugs, rolled up and in plastic, and left at once. Called the store and was met with a hail of excuses and finger pointing of allegedly being abusive to the staff. Rules of business. 1).

Do what you promise to do. 2). IF you fail, try to fix what is wrong as soon as possible. 3). Fingerpointing and trying to punish the customer is a poor idea. 4). If you think you were abused b y my asking you to do what YOU SAID you would do, I think you need a thesaurus. Totally unsatisfactory interaction, regret ever entering the front door, not to mention paying for being accused of bad behavior

They were just great, perfect service, went over and above to help. If you guys read this, THANK YOU!

The worst customer they require you to pay for someone to come and measure the job, after I paid $75.00 on my credit card they told me someone will be calling me that afternoon to set up an appointment after 48 hours of waiting for the call I went to the store to cancel the appointment and have the $ 75.00 returned to my credit card to my surprise they told me that they won't return the money to the credit card that they send me a check to arrive in the next 5 business day. To get my money back I file a dispute with the credit card.

Although showroom was impressive with lots of tile choices, we were so dissatisfied with the quality of work. The worker arrived at job site with no tools. He spoke minimal broken English. We asked him why he was not starting the job. He said "no tools". "They come". Apparently he was waiting for tools to be delivered by the subcontractor which was over 2 hours later.

So much for keeping on schedule. There was minimal supplies & effort used to cover pathway from tile & material debris. We were very disappointed. Its appears that Flooring Inovations does not stand behind the quality of work, worker or clean up.

Sean I want to thank you for your help in selecting and advising us on our tile job. Came out beautiful. The installers did an outstanding job. The installer that lead was very professional, explained each step of the process, showed up exactly at the time he committed each day. They all cleaned up at the end of each and every day. The install team were very courteous and answered any question I had.

My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with the job Flooring Innovation did for us. I hope we can get our two offices done in October. If at all possible I would really like the same lead installer. We'll be in to see you in early October for the next round. Best regards, Mark and Kathie Maltese

We would like to thank the staff at Flooring Innovations, Palm Desert, in particular Vice President Jeff Bernstein, for their diligent and conscientious efforts in correcting a major manufacturing problem we had with a particular tile. They went far beyond what was expected and stood behind their reputation by redoing the entire job at their expense with another tile of our choice, and with very minimal cost to us. We would highly recommend them for any of your future flooring projects.

Very disappointed in the area rug we purchased two months ago. I called Craig Washington to voice my concern. He told me I should't go barefoot on the rug because. Of the oil from my feet. Okay, but we paid over $900 dollars for this rug! Why were we not told before we made the purchase, ? Jeff, the vice president won't even return my call.

We worked with David in the show room. He was more than wonderful. Patient, kind and helpfuI. I was a designer for over 30 years. I have never been happier with any crew on any installation. They all were the tops. I would highly recommend Flooring Innovations every time. I would not think of going any where else.

Craig, our salesman was very helpful and informative. He took his time with us, which enabled us to make the appropriate choice for our needs. The showroom is fabulous too.
