Very disappointed! I was looking forward to new carpet and blinds from Christoff. Our measurements were completed the beginning of October fast forward two months of calling to check on quotes we were always told our sales representative (Vicki Steele) was with a customer each time we called, how convenient for her to avoid answering our questions.

My husband and I made an appointment to sit down with her to discuss options and pricing (we arrived 15 minutes early) upon our arrival we we're told she left for the day. WOW! My husband and I were always told we should expect a call the following day, no one called even after 3 weeks of waiting. Long story short we were being avoided. I would have rather been told my business wasn't needed then to be treated like an outcast from what I thought was a solid good hearted company. I was wrong!

I had a badly stained carpet in my basement. Not only did they get all the stains out but significantly notice a change in the fresh smell it left as well. I hoped to just know that it was cleaned stains or not but I was amazed by the quality work! The tech was awesome friendly and very complete in his expectations for the outcome. Did a terrible tile job in our shower. Tiles are uneven, Grout is thick and thin, and tile cuts are jagged. Never using them again.

The gentleman who gave us the estimate was very honest and told us our carpets would not look great due to the grease stains, which we understood, and he gave us a very fair price for the cleaning because of it.
