I implore you to stay away from Bisbee's Flooring Center of McFarland. In fact, run as fast as you can in another direction. We had Bisbee's Flooring Center in McFarland come out and give us a quote to replace our current flooring in our entryway, mudroom, bathroom, and hallway. The owner, David, told us that this would be an easy job and even his "B squad" could do it with ease.
I should have known better when I heard that come out of his mouth. Unfortunately, I chose to ignore it and move forward with the project. Apparently, David subcontracted the work and the result was horrible (uneven spacing between tile pieces, unexplainable tile pattern changes, no shoe molding in places, large gaps between the wall and last tile, etc.).
If only those were the worst problems. The crew removed the toilet, put the new flooring over the old flooring, and put the toilet back on. All of this was done without a plumber or a plumber to review the work. Needless to say, he toilet began leaking with each flush shortly after. We thankfully noticed this quickly and notified Bisbee's of the issue.
They sent one of their employees to fix all of the issues from the poor job the first crew. Within a month, we saw water damage in the basement directly below the bathroom. Obviously, it was from the toilet again. However, when we called David from Bisbee's, he said it wasn't from their work. "It's more than likely a burst pipe in the wall." We called a restoration company to fix the water damage.
They had to tear out all the new flooring in the bathroom and part of the hallway, remove the ruined vanity, remove the toilet, tear out the water damaged drywall in the bathroom and basement ceiling, and do a complete sanitation of the bathroom and basement due to leaking sewage for over a month. All of this was due to the new flooring being put on top of the old flooring and then the toilet put back on without raising the collar or sealing the ring.
Every flush of the toilet cause sewage to get between the floor and leak to the basement. When we presented the evidence to Bisbee's, they said it wasn't their problem. Rather, we should take it up with the subcontractor. Three years later and we are still fighting with them to get our home insurance security deposit back. Bisbee's Flooring Center of McFarland will promise you the world, under deliver, and blame everyone else. Stay away!

I am very happy with the experience I had at Bisbee's McFarland. Taila was easy to work with. We were able to take home as many samples as we wanted and she was helpful with suggestions about product lines, colors and styles. I wanted one-stop shopping for my replacement kitchen floor and Bisbee's was perfect for me. The entire process was hassle-free.
I literally came home from work to a new Armstrong vinyl tile floor with grout. Installation included everything from moving appliances to replacing baseboards. I did not have a similar pleasant experience at another flooring center and wish I would have found Bisbee's first for my other projects. If you have a project in mind, check them out.

Bisbee's, in McFarland, is a real pleasure to work with. The owner, David, is very knowledgeable and accommodating; willing to come out for a free measurement at the drop of a hat. The Customer Service is excellent as well. Taila is extremely quick at producing Sales Orders, samples and answers. I highly recommend this vendor.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have purchased carpeting from Bisbee's twice, and both times I have been very pleased with the service I received. In fact, although the purchases were made more than a year apart, they remembered my name without having to look up my account. They allowed me to take home a whole stack of sample boards and helped me determine what would work for my concrete radiant heated floors.
The installers arrived exactly when they said they would and did an excellent job. Best yet, the second time they gave me at 20% discount on the total price for being a return customer. While the selection may not be as large as other stores, I will use Bisbee's again and again.

Horrible customer service. What a joke this was. Another good reason to keep taking my business to Janesville. This is about as bad as you can get from a customer service standpoint. Was told product would be in 1st week in July, flooring for 2 main bathrooms in our house. Never got a call. Had to call to find out. Estimate was changed, told it would be in the following week. Scheduled a date and time for the install. Took the day off from work for the installers, and had to remove 2 toilets from our main bathrooms for the install.
No courtesy call the day before to let me know they were coming. I didn't want to remove toilets if they weren't coming. So I called again. Was told yes, they'd be there first thing in the morning. Waited until 10am the following day. Nobody shows up. Called again, Told the installers are running late, they'll be there in an hour. Waited until Noon.
Nobody shows up. Called again, told they are still running late and they'd be there at 2pm. I asked when the job would be finished if they were arriving so late in the day. Gave me a uncommitted answer, probably late tonight. That doesn't work with a 4 year old in our house. Doing the job the next day is out of the question, I can't afford another day off from work and have the same thing happen. Canceled job, this is about bad as you can get from a customer service standpoint.
Will never return here, nor ever recommend this place to anyone. Now we're without toilets for probably two weeks or more on our upper level. Taking my business to Janesville. Horrible service.
