Do not go through them or anyone contracted with them. Absolutely the worst experience we've ever had. Our 100k kitchen remodel was assigned with a younger girl who seemed either very inexperienced or just absent minded or both. First she designed a kitchen without a refrigerator. We kindly brought that to her attention. 1 week later she redesigned it but missing the microwave.

We kindly brought that to her attention and took another week to redesign it. This went on for 2 months where she would constantly miss key portions of a kitchen and take 1 week to fix. Then she would randomly make decisions for us without discussing things with us, such as designing a kitchen based off our current layout (theres a reason were remodeling because we wanted a different layout and bigger appliances).

She submitted a proposal for a kitchen that included a 3ft x10ft island without telling us (I personally don't want a long and narrow island). Only way I found out the dimension was when I asked as we were looking at product. She then proceeded to tell me that we couldn't fit a wider Island despite the fact that I have a 5 ft wide island currently in place.

When I asked for the blueprint, her measurements were off by 20 inches. When I brought that to her attention, she proceeded to yell at me. This was an absolute nightmare. Then the itemized budget they gave us was literally a paper that just said "included" for every item and with the final price. No break down for anything. If you read previous reviews, you notice a similar trend. It's frustrating that we wasted 2 months however I'm beyond grateful that we aborted and went with someone else who treated us with respect and took pride in our project.

Nice selection of products. We were walk in customers on a Saturday so it was pretty busy but we were asked a few times if we needed help so that was nice. Two weeks later I called to order the carpet and Cheryl took my call after hours and helped me through the process. Excellent customer service!

The team at Quest Interiors was fantastic to work with. From designing our remodeling project with Cheryl through the last step completed we experienced exceptional customer service. The products we received are beautiful and the work of the counter installation team led by Zach as well as the tile and flooring installation by Jeff was efficient and extremely well done. We are very happy with everything Quest Interiors offered and highly recommend working with them on your next project.

We can't say enough about the service we experienced putting in quartz countertops to the subway tile. We went into this without a real clue. Shiela helped make this a fun experience. She has the personality and knowledge to make something that seems like an impossible task come to life! The staff for both counters tops and tile were both remarkable workers. Friendly and courteous at all times. Thank you so much Quest Interiors for a job well done!

To say the team of Cheryl, Jesse and Gibson is awesome is an understatement! Cheryl is very knowledgeable about available flooring materials and had some excellent suggestions. I'm so glad I took her advice. Jesse and Gibson were very professional and did a great job installing my carpeting and vinyl plank flooring. And, as an added bonus, they were able to activate my Roku and DVD player. They all deserve a TEN star rating!

It is with great pleasure that I give Quest Interiors five stars for a recent stair runner installation done at my home. I have two challenging staircases and the installers, Johnny and his assistant Alec, were excellent. They were professional and helpful and the completed job was of highest quality. Also, Cheryl Wolfe was a positive voice in choosing the carpet and design. Highest marks to all involved!

Don't do professional work. Installed wrong floor then installed right floor but was defective. Also leave your trim damaged with replacing the bottom mounding and say it's your problem and that you have to pay extra for them to replace the moulding that they damaged. Very unprofessional. Having to pay for full price for a damaged and incomplete job is frustrating.

Should be right the first time no questions asked. I'm not one to write bad reviews but it needed to be done so people go with better flooring companies that will want there final product to look like it's new and pleasing

Absolutely loved Floor Quest. Our project manager Cheryl was so very helpful directing us to floor types that would fit our budget. She was prompt and professional when she came to measure our home. Everything was explained to us, no surprises! Ryan the young man who installed our flooring was just as friendly and did a fantastic job, and helped my husband move back our appliances which he didn't have to do! We plan on going back for our carpeting soon.

Quest Interiors Oshkosh is the BEST! We updated our kitchen /dining area this past winter and could not be happier. Desiree and Kelly did an outstanding job helping us decide which products and colors to use which would best fit our lifestyle, and they nailed it! We would highly recommend them! Thanks so much!
