Great experience! Sent them a picture to customize a floor medallion. They completed it quickly and shipped. Unfortunately it was damaged while being shipped. I contacted them and immediately they worked on a replacement and personally drove it down to deliver so as not to risk it being damaged again. Great customer service, great turnaround, not to mention beautiful product. I would highly recommend!
