Macco's Floor Covering Center

I can't even tell you how bad our floors were. 80+ year old cabin. Nothing was flat. They never tried to sell me on anything, just offered solutions. They needed to do a lot of floor prep, and knocked it out of the park! I'm in contracting and know how it can go. I HIGHLY recommend you use this company!

Went there to select our flooring for an up north cabin build Tonie Becker was super helpful, we had lots of questions, she was patient and knowledgeable. They have a wide selection, luxury vinyl, tile and so much to choose from. She let us take samples to lay out and decide, it was a process, only because we were picky but they were so helpful. I would definitely go to Maccos, we stopped at another competitor and they were not helpful at all, told us to walk around and pick what we might like, just dismissed us. Maccos is the way to go.

I gave this company a try when we finished our basement. The original installers did a shotty job with transitions, seems, ruined the finish on brand new trim and the overall product was defected. The owner Jeff Macco came out and was very nice and helpful at first. He determined the carpet was "defective" which led to a crunch every time you take a step or move on the carpet.

They scheduled to have it removed and replaced but did not replace the pad. The overall outcome was unfortunately the same - crunchy basement carpet due to what I believe is a failed pad. I attempted to follow up and reached out to Jeff Maco several times and he never returned my messages. If you are considering them, I would shop around.

We have worked with Macco's design team since 2019. I don't think I've ever encountered a more customer oriented organization. They go above and beyond in providing exceptional service and value. We had a problem with a manufacturing concern and sales manager/designer Jessica Bozile could not have been more helpful! She went out of her way to make sure we were 100% satisfied with the product and the service.

We will return to Macco's for all future design needs and can emphatically recommend Jessica and her team if quality, service, and interior design are important to you. Thanks, Jessica!

I've gone to Macco's a number of times in the past. I've always been very satisfied with their service and selection. Today was no different. Debbie Pagel, the designer we worked with, was very patient and helpful. More than willing to listen to what we were trying to accomplish and offering suggestions based upon our requirements. As in the past, their prices are competitive and they do great installations. Very pleased with the help from Debbie and Macco's!

We had 3 rooms of "quality" carpet for reasonable traffic areas and underlayment installed a few years ago, over $4,000 in total. Within a year of the second install, about 2 years for the first install, we had what we thought was excessive wearing. We had the carpet cleaned again, the cleaning company could not belive how poorly the carpet was holding up.

We called Macco and eventually had a virtual inspection of our carpet. We had a list of "test" stuff, paper, comb, light, that weshpuls have available. The remote person asked us to video stuff over the phone and decided that although th carpet looked terrible, it was not a warranty covered issue. Macco never called to talk about it even though the inspector did note installation issues.

We have terrible carpet, only a few years old and are out $4,000. What a horrible experience. We will never recommend them, rather steer friends far away. No coverage, no follow-up, no customer service, no satisfaction in any way. So very disappointing, the worst ever.

I have had such a wonderful experience with Macco's. As a first time home buyer, we wanted to install the flooring ourselves. We chose a vinyl plank flooring and ordered enough for the whole house. It was easy to install and looks beautiful. We had a few damaged pieces but worked with our sales rep Jamie Schuettpelz, who was wonderful to work with, and she got us replacement pieces quickly.

Overall their pricing is very competitive. They offer install if you need it. Their selection is very wide and they have a really nice show room. Customer service there is unbeatable - prompt, friendly and super helpful. Will be going back to Macco's for any future flooring needs!

We worked with Debbie, she was amazing. Very friendly and easy to talk to. She showed us exactly what we were looking for and made sure we were buying the perfect flooring for our home that was in our price range. The floorings there were pretty expensive but good quality, you get what you pay for. Very clean and friendly environment.

We started work with Tiffany back in October of 2019. We have beautiful hardwood flooring now in our Family Room and Kitchen and are currently waiting for installation of a kitchen back-splash. Tiffany has been so helpful and we couldn't be happier. The floor installers were great to work with too. We highly recommend Maccos.
