Surf Prep, Inc. is a premier contractor that specializes in steel shot-blasting. Steel shot-blasting will prepare new concrete surfaces for Epoxy Coatings and Membranes. For existing concrete, steel shot-blasting can remove the toughest urethane and epoxy coatings from your manufacturing, industrial or commercial floors.
Our preferred method to profile concrete roadways is through road texturing. This surface preparation comes prior to the installation of bonded concrete overlays, or white toppings. It is extremely effective in macro and micro re-texturing to improve asphalt surfaces, increasing skid resistance and reduce accidents. This process completes the job well without the need for costly micro-surfacing, surface dressing or complete resurfacing.
