While these guys are efficient and quick they're the absolute worst when something goes wrong. They never warned me about this problem, but my bathroom door wouldn't close after the installation of hardware floors. The worker took the door off and apply what he claimed a slight cut so it can close. He ended up taking 6inches off leaving a very awkward gap for when the bathroom door is closed.

I proceeded to contact customer support in regards to this. Unfortunately it was after I had paid in full, which resulted in me receiving no additional help for their screw up.

We had a chair that broke and exposed a nail at the base and it completely ripped up our floor boards. We called My Flooring Guy and had an incredible experience with them. They were able to quickly get us a quote and come out to fix the floors. The floor looks good as new! Thank you to the My Flooring Guy team for making this such a quick and seamless experience!

The hardwood flooring that was installed by My Flooring Guy is truly phenomenal. The new look of my home is stunning and it is all because of them! From start to finish, the services from the offices to the project managers was so pleasant and seamless. Extremely efficient and communicative! Highly recommended!

A recap of my entire experience with My Flooring Guy: Guy came out in a timely manner to take measurements of our floor space and provided a quote within 24 hours. 1350 square feet of floors with 6 stairs and some concrete leveling came to about $5650. That is for installation only, which is a fair price for a licensed installer with excellent reviews.

My job took 4 days to install. Raymond the installer did the whole thing by himself which was very impressive. He was always on time and cleaned up after himself. I was most impressed with how clean the flooring looked when he was done. Everything was right and seamless. The stairs looked especially phenomenal. The office staff is friendly, easy to get a hold of, and very knowledgeable.

No communication barriers whatsoever. Overall, I'll give them a 5/5. I couldn't have really expected more. This is a great company to work with. I've already referred them to a couple of people. Thanks Guy!

As a home owner i can't emphasize enough how important it is to have honest, hard working professionals come into your home when doing any upgrades or renovations. My Flooring Guy provided my wife & i with the most beautiful Flooring & surpassed our expectation on customer service from start to finish. We had laminate that was destroyed in several places due to a flooding of our bathroom. I called My Flooring Guy and spoke with Brandi on the phone. She was pleasant and knowledgeable and discussed what my options were for this kind of problem. In the same phone call, she set me up with a free estimate that very same week. I met with Brian in my home who was also very knowledgeable.

He took measurements and looked at the damaged parts of the house taking his time to really understand my project. After discussing with him and looking at the great selection of samples he had, I decided to go with something called SPC. I had never heard of this before, but he explained that it is waterproof and very durable and so I could actually have the same flooring in my bathroom as well as in the rest of the house.

This made me very happy. I selected a beautiful honey brown color that looks very realistic. Because this was a water damage issue and it was important to me that it be done quickly, they were able to squeeze me in for a Wednesday installation. They crew was wonderful and on time. Everything looks amazing now and even though going through parts of my house flooding was no fun, I feel it was a blessing in disguise.
