OMG! Rarely do we get THIS excited about a vendor or contractor. Reliable Floor Coverings - the entire team: Joe, Jeff and Olivia and their whole team - were amazing to work with. Even during this tough time with constrained supply chain, they stay on top of everything, find a way, and make you feel like you are the most important customer in the world.

Bait and switch. Estimate creep. what comes to mind when I reflect on our experience. I was recently reminded of our experience as friends of ours are presently going through the same type of situation with the "work" being done by "Reliable" Floor at their business. Once again they are not owning their part in egregious miscalculations which have lead to their business being disrupted as a result.
Not to mention, workers not showing up when they say they are, not having expertise in the task they are being asked to get done. We had hard wood floors put in our basement. Actual cost went way over! Kevin, the owner will come and talk with you and make you feel good for a bit, until you realize what you spent in the end and they didn't take ownership as the experts. Lastly, this is one of my first posts, and I hate having to write this about a local business which I would like to support, however having heard that our situation is not isolated, I was compelled to post. Hope this helps.

Attempting to locate a tile match to replace damaged tiles due to plumbing repair. Reliable Floor Coverings not at all interesting in assisting us in our search. Apparently, supplying a small number of tiles to a customer, is not of interest to Reliable. Thankfully, another local company showed more concern for our needs, and in short order, located the tile. Consequently, they are our new suppliers of flooring needs. Adios, Reliable.

My clients are an elderly couple who don't get online so I'm writing this review for them. About 6 months ago they had their living room carpet removed and replaced. The cost was about $2,000.00. The carpet is beautiful but the damage done to the hard wood baseboards is absolutely atrocious and very visible throughout the entire room. I'm posting pics of the damage and another one as an example of what they looked like before.
The employee caused the damage while using a tool that helped place the carpet. I'm hoping this company will make this right. Client's last name (repeat customers) starts with a Z. Last photo is an example of how they looked before.

This is my 3rd carpet installation from Reliable and was not surprised at how great it turned out! Each step from selection to installation was handled with the expertise you come to expect from Reliable but is so appreciated none the less. Everyone I know at Reliable does such a great job I highly recommend them!

We had our hardwood floors refinished and there was nothing but problems. First, the finish was not what we expected and they did not remove the trim, pull out the fridge or stove (yet they charged us for this). There was also fibers in the finish. They came back to take the fibers out and made it worse (lots of bubbles in the finish). They then agreed to come out and refinish it again with the finish we wanted, and now we have three areas where it looks like they spilled the finish (pooled areas that are very noticeable). I WOULD NOT recommend them for hardwood refinishing!
