Very good customer service and very helpful in picking out the right carpet for our needs. The carpet installers did a fabulous job. Will indeed use this again in the future.

POOR customer service. Some guy Jason answered and was snooty and rude from the beginning even when just asking for the address. Also not flexible and rude, as if the customer has to be the one to bend over backward to accommodate them. We were looking to change the carpet in our rental property and we will take our business elsewhere. I would not recommend this company.

UGH. just got off the phone with them. They want to charge me $45 just to come out and give me an estimate. Are you kidding me?

I love how easy they make the process. I had the same person come out to do the measurements and the actual installation so it was super smooth and required very little extra attention on my part. Nia was great with providing me with carpet options that fit my budget and looked great with the rest of the home. I was impressed with their turnaround time and their reasonable prices and the finished product was excellent. I will certainly use them again on future projects!

I was looking for inexpensive carpet and linoleum to put down before selling my house and my realtor suggested Carpet Liquidators. The price was incredible and the sales guy was really nice and helpful. The available selection was limited though so I'm not sure I would return if looking for high quality flooring for my own house long term. But this place had what I needed to freshen up a house for sale.

I needed new carpets ASAP for a property I hastily needed to sell. I contacted them on a Monday and the carpets were installed (beautifully) that Wednesday of the same week. Not sure if that is typical speed, but the were superb with their communication and did their best to help me out of a tight deadline situation. Beyond impressed and highly recommend.

Jeff and Nia were extremely helpful throughout this process. This was our third time purchasing flooring (and installation) from this location. The selections we've made are all great quality and much more cost effective than HD or Lws, which have easily saved us $1000s so allows us to afford to make further improvements/updates to our home as well.

We've also consistently received the same level of high quality service each time. We're very happy with each product. Tacoma Carpet liquidators completely exceeded my expectations. Jeff was great and 100% knowledgeable of the products. The whole process was done in less then a week! From walking in to picking out carpet and padding. To them coming out and measuring and then coming out and installing the new carpet. They did such An amazing job. All the gentleman who entered our home were professional and courteous.

I was under the impression it would take 2 days to complete whole house they surprised me and did it in one day! Thank you so much guys! We love our new carpet in our new home!

These guys went above and beyond to help me out. First I found the perfect remnant for my bedroom, they told me installers were 2-3 weeks out and that wasn't gonna work for me, next thing I know he was on the phone with different installers seeing if they could make it happen sooner since it was only a few hour job. Needless to say he found a guy to install it within a week. Couldn't have been happier with the customer service they provided. Would recommend to everyone.

They were easy to work with, I got an appointment set up quickly, and got our carpet ordered. They were flexible with the install date as we had to reschedule, which we really appreciated. Our nee carpet looks great!

Excellent experience overall. Jeff helped us with the strengths and weaknesses of different carpet and pad options, making it easy to narrow down our search. We got a great price on a carpet we really like and a better price on the pad and installation than offered at the near-by "big box store". Finding times to schedule the measurement and later the installation was very easy even with both of us working, and the project was completed well within our target time frame. We would definitely return to this store.

I love this place! We got our last carpet from them and it lasted 10 years even with 2 dogs and it was one of the lowest priced carperts. This time we went with a really nice cushy carpet that was still a great price and it makes the whole house cosier. I also suggest getting the rug pad. Great quality and only added like $30 to our 12 x 14 area rug. Kurt was super friendly and easy to work with. This is the only place we will buy rugs or carpets! It's the real deal at the best price.

I love Kurt Schultz. It was past closing and you could tell everybody had already gone home. Yet Kurt went out of his way to put a quote into the computer And printed it out for me! A real sweetheart! One more thing. He then went out of his way to go and get some carpet shears and cut a sample of carpet for me to take home to compare! This is how SERVICE ought to be!

We had our carpet replaced by Carpet Liquidators earlier this month. Matthew in the Kirkland store gave me lots of good help to make it a good experience. Their price was better than the big box stores' and two independent contractors'. Installation crew came on the day of the appointment and did a quick job. Everything looks good. The only issue we had was the crew scratched the new paint on the wall. We called the painter back and we still had the same paint in the garage. Was an easy fix. Overall, we are satisfied with the whole thing.

We recently inherited my late uncles home & were in the market for new carpet. Went here first because my family has used their services before and everything went over well. The first gentleman who came to measure our floors was cordial, but didn't speak much English so I was unable to ask questions or really get any information from him. The quote we got was more than expect so we kept shopping around to compare rates.

We ended up coming back because it was the fastest we could get something installed with a decent carpet option. The installer (Jody- not sure on the spelling) was PHENOMENAL. Extremely outgoing and friendly guy, totally kicked butt with installation. We have an interesting layout with some weird stairs and a chimney in the middle of the room and everything looks PERFECT!

Highly recommend his services again, if you can request a specific installer- he's your guy! The stairs are even easier to walk up and down which is a lifesaver for us! Overall ended up being satisfied with the business as a whole & will continue to go to them first for flooring needs.

Great service and excellent prices Emailed Will on Sunday and less than 10 days later installed at a better price if so I can get at Home Depot and the carpet is extremely high-quality.

Salesman attentive and helpful. I needed the least expensive install of carpeting for a rental house. He showed me a carpet and pad that fit my budget. I was also very impressed with the two carpet installers. They were very experienced at their craft and fast.

Terrific service from the agent who measured our rooms and patiently showed us samples and quality options, to the installers who showed up on schedule and efficiently transformed 3 bedrooms and a family room in a day. They were fastidious in cleaning up afterwards and hauled away our old carpet. My family is thrilled.

After getting quotes from several carpet installers, we decided to go with Carpet Liquidators. We went with a top of the line plush carpet, and ended up paying about $3000 including tax for 588 square feet. The installers were on time, fast, and did a great job. I'm so happy about the new carpet and wish we did it sooner!

They were able to install quickly, had good prices, and really went above and beyond accommodating some of our special requests. Very satisfied with the way things look.

The sales staff was very helpful and patient while we selected carpet, quality and prices were great. Time frame to get installed was three times faster than other places. Installers did a great job! Highly recommend this store.

John brought the carpet samples based on what I was looking for and I found exactly the right carpet without the hassle of going into a store. The installation guys arrived on time and installed the carpet and pad very quickly and it looks fantastic. The only issue was some scuff marks to the walls (which had just been newly painted) and some slight damage to the trim. I would probably use them again but remind them to be careful of the walls!

They gave us a good price in carpet, but, the installation was horrible. The baseboard trims in all of my rooms were scratched at multiple places when the carpet was installed. Some parts of the wall also had scuff marks. We now have to figure out how to touch up the paint on the trims to hide the scratch marks. The installers also forgot to vacuum one of the stairs, left plastic bundles around my house.

We contacted our contact in carpet liquidators about this few weeks ago, but, we have not heard anything back. I just wish I had read some of the other reviews before deciding to get carpet from them.

John and his team did a great job getting my job done quick and with great quality. Picking out my carpet was as easy as popping into the Kirkland carpet liquidators and finding my preferred style. John came to my home and provided and thorough estimate.

I found a great piece of carpet in a color I liked a lot at a good price. I just got it home and put it down and it looks wonderful. We had a customer service issue but it was resolved professionally and I'm satisfied all efforts were made.

I've been planning to install new carpet for over a year but could not figure out what color/brand/style to choose using the tiny squares you find at Home Depot, etc. Having John come to our home with the large samples that I could lay down made the process so much easier. John was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He followed up but did not push to order on a tight timeline. He's a salesman without the typical salesman pitch and was responsive via email, text and phone which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend the shop at home service. We're scheduled for installation in a couple of weeks and we're extremely excited!

Dealing with Carpet Liquidators was easy. I'd looked at samples of carpeting at Home Depot over the years, hoping to get assistance and a price quote but there never seems to be anyone available. When I walked into Carpet Liquidators Matthew greeted me and walked me through how things work. He cut me some samples to take home. I took my sweet time getting back in there to order but Matthew took care of me and got me scheduled quickly for installation. I love my new carpet!
