Short version: They are the fantastic! We have used Moon's Flooring in the past and just contacted them again for a repair. A valve that we were working on cracked in a concealed area and started a very slow drip that wasn't apparent until the floors started buckling over a week later! (Things happen from time to time, but we take care of them!) Unfortunately, the small damaged area was part of a 3000+/- square foot continuous hardwood floor that went throughout the entire home.
In the past I have heard that in order to match the color the entire floor needs to be refinished. This would have required us to move all of the furniture and people out of the house for several days while the work was done, but Jeff came out and immediately recognized the color and told us that it would be no problem to match it without redoing the entire floor!
They gave us a very fair price for the work and we are in the process of scheduling. Everyone that I have spoken to about Moon's has only had wonderful things to say and we are no different. They are honest people who do great work!

Moon's Flooring is a gem that's packed with incredible workers who did an excellent job installing my wood floors. The floors are simply beautiful. It was a huge job and the entire staff worked closely with me from start to finish. I highly recommend this company if you ever need flooring done. I'm so happy I found them and will definitely use them again if needed.

Moon's Flooring refinished the existing wood floors and did some replacements of rotten boards on an older house I recently purchased. They also installed LVP in a couple of rooms. The work was outstanding and done in a timely manner. In one room they accidentally installed the wrong color of LVP, but I only had to put one phone call in to their manager Debi for the plank to quickly be replaced at no cost to me. It is so rare these days to find a home improvement business that runs at anywhere near this level of efficiency and honesty. It's much appreciated!

I cannot say enough good things about Moon's Flooring. They recently sanded and refinished my pine floor and took care of a couple shoe molding issues caused by poor vinyl installation years ago by another company. Their communication, organization, and planning were impeccable, they arrived when promised every day, were very efficient, and the floor looks amazing. They went above and beyond and it was a joy to work with them. Highly recommend!

I contacted Debi Moon shortly after we bought our home. Within a short period of time Jeff came out and we had an estimate for installing Brazilian Cherry in our MBR and refinishing the hardwood flooring in three other rooms. The work was scheduled and completed within a few weeks. The floors came out beautifully. We were most appreciative particularly of Debi who always answered my emails and phone calls immediately.

Moon's Flooring of Mebane is one of the best kept secrets around. I had them to provide me with new 3/4 inch Red oak hardwood floors in my kitchen, mudroom, and laundry room. I've had a lot of dealings with flooring companies over my years that stated they could match my flooring; they were wrong. Moon's Flooring matched my new floors exactly as the hardwood floors of the adjoining rooms.
Their installers were very professional and they communicated with me through the entire process. Jeff and Debi were great to deal with and they kept me posted and answered all my questions from the beginning to the end very promptly. A great company with great employees. Their business is family owned and operated which speaks volume to me. True Professionals!

My Floors are beautiful. I bought a condo and the wood floors were in terrible shape but Moons refinished them and I am so Happy. There was an issue that came up due to the stain that I had chosen (not an issue with their service provided) and they were able to take care of the issue and give the floors the perfect look that I wanted. They even came in and took care of touch ups due to my sister's dog stepping in paint and then walking on my newly finished floor and they did this at no additional charge to me.
I look forward to working with them again in a few months when redo'ing the kitchen and replacing the old floor with new hardwoods. I mostly spoke with Debbie on the phone when scheduling and she is a delight. I highly recommend Moons.

Recently had the hardwood floors in my nearly 30-yr-old home refinished and matching hardwood installed in the kitchen area. The process was smooth from start to finish.
