Q. Do you (the owner) actually work on our floor, or do you send crews or sub-contract the work out? I have found some black stains under where the rug used to be, and I'm told that the former owner had a pet that used to "go on the rug", will these stains come out? My Floors have some gaps in between the boards, mostly in the heating season, is this normal or should I be concerned?
