Purchased hardwood floors Store staff was very helpful in making the appropriate choice in the style I wanted. Installation was professional and went smoothly.

Everyday I come downstairs and think "wow, this floor looks so good". I was amazed that they could do the flooring so quickly and efficiently. We didn't move anything in advance; they moved everything big and small without complaint. I have shopped at Best Buy in the past -- carpeting my office after a flood, purchasing area rugs -- and I have always appreciated the completeness of the work. This last installation was particularly pleasant because I enjoy the work daily.

I was disappointed in the wall-to-wall carpet product because what I was shown in the showroom was a certain thickness and what was installed was not as thick. The variations in thickness were NOT explained in advance. Buyer beware!

So rude. Picked up a few samples on a Saturday, brought them back on a Wednesday and asked for someone to come to my house and give me an estimate based on the measurements, although I had not made a final selection regarding a bedroom carpet and runner. The man I spoke with acted highly annoyed I had not made a final selection, put out that I dared to suggest I would also get estimates from competitors, and suggested that if it was not a certainty he would get my business, he did not want to waste his time coming out. Uh. you are a professional company and of course I will shop around! You should be convincing me why you are the best. No thank you. There are plenty of options in McLean that will give you free estimates and work to earn your business.

I have bought items for Best Buy Carpet on several occasions. The owner is helpful, honest, and helped me get the best product for my needs. I have on different occasions over the years bought flooring, an area rug, and finished wall-to-wall. Great value and great service.

Best Buy Carpet installed carpet in our basement and we had such a great experience, we hired them to replace our entire upstairs from carpet to hardwood. The price was so competitive, we went back to them years later to replace the hardwoods on the main level. The installers were clean (it lasted 4 days and when we came home each night, they had cleaned everything so we could live without a mess) and they moved all of the furniture for us. We only had to put away the fragile items in the cabinets. I would highly recommend them!

We had a terrible experience with wall to wall carpet installers for this company. They broke a TV cabinet, dirtied bedding they didn't need to take apart, tried to re-install a door upside down and entire baseboard in newly painted area has to be repainted, along with some trim and nicks in walls.
