I went with Friends Hardwood Flooring after a recommendation from my friend. They showed up on time everyday and went right to work. They laid out a number of samples to choose from. There was an issue with my flooring the first time they sanded and stained, for whatever reason the areas near the gaps became blotchy. Although it was an issue with my floor, the owner, Damire immediately came out the next day to check it out and began to troubleshoot.
He was in contact very often until the issue was solved. We found out the issue was with the stain. Customer service has been lost amongst many businesses but Friends Hardwood Flooring is not one of them. After that incident and they found out what worked, the job was done shortly after. My floors look great, I would absolutely recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.
