The product we ordered was exactly what we wanted and expected. The installers were great. We did have an issue with how much flooring was ordered and more had to be ordered to finish the job. After the ordering mistake was discovered they took ownership of the error and made right on it. Overall we were very satisfied with the product, installation, and the customer service provided. We would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Extremely kind, honest, thoughtful, good hearted people. Stacy and Joey were both very nice and very knowledgeable with their jobs. I cannot express how much I recommended these two They answered all my questions and knew their products. Not to mention the store is set up wonderfully and is extremely nice looking.

I had a great shopping experience with Stacy Timms. She was very professional and responsive to my questions. She helped me pick out the best carpet for my application. Very satisfied with the selection, service and pricing at Dalton. Some of the flooring and carpeting are sourced by themselves to their specifications. We were quite impressed with their vinyl plank flooring. Their showroom also has a vast array of other floors in many materials from many brands. Service is thoughtful. Our order was placed on a pallet and wrapped in plastic to insure it made it home in an open pick-up through a storm. Thank you. We'll be back for sure!

When we arrived at this store, Adam was AWESOME in helping us pick out flooring, he spent an easy hour with us! By the time we left, he talked us into not only the wood flooring, but bathroom tile we were also looking for. In our conversations, he knew we were looking for kitchen cabinets and turned us over to Stephanie. After seeing their cabinets, we liked them. So, all we had to do was wait a few days Stephanie said so she could work up a price:) Two days came and went and heard nothing so we made contact with her again, and told us she would have something the next day:) It's been two weeks now so I reached out to Adam and he said Stephanie told him within 24hrs. we could be contacted. Now, week three and nothing!

I gave Stephanie the layout of a Kitchen and measurements so they could prepare a formal plan and give me a proposal for Cabinets on day one. Not sure if I could have made it any easier for her. yet, after 3 weeks still no proposal. Again, I called after Week 1 and she said they were working on it. I called and emailed in that same week and I got zero response.

From one business owner to the other, this is not how you run a business. No customer service communication in their cabinet section so now the process of looking for wood flooring, tile and cabinets begin again:( 5-17-21; Thank you Dalton Wholesale Floors for following up with me and getting this job done:) Stephanie, thank you for all the hard work and helping to make my wife that much more happier:) Adam, you are the man!

Excellent service! Evan was very prompt on all aspects and was so easy to work with. He found all the flooring and extras for my project and was more affordable than the other five or so sources I checked. I will go back to Dalton for any future needs.

Evan at DWF was very helpful during this COV19 experience. He mailed samples to my house so I could review them. When I was ready, I sent him a text to let him my selection. He placed my order and had the floors delivered to the store closest to my location. He even did a follow up call to make sure I was liking my new floors. I am very pleased. Terri/Jasper, GA

We purchased flooring for our whole house. They were great in the beginning about ensuring everything was good. We had our own installers and had it installed a couple of months after we purchased. Once installation began, we found some problems with the material. The first problem they fixed, no questions asked. After that we found one last small problem with the materials in the final stages of installation.

The sales manager apparently was not interested in working with us at this point to resolve the problem. It took me multiple times of calling him to finally get some help. Most of the time the sales manager was on the phone and never bothered calling me back. It took a different sales rep to finally help us and get the problem resolved. In the end the manufacturer refused to honor their full warranty.

We had a manufacturer defect with the product before it was ever even installed. I realizet that this was with the manufacturer and not with Dalton, however I expected better customer service from the company considering we spent so much money with them.
