Needed 7 window blinds for our new home on the south and west facing facades. Doris meticulously measured each of the windows and provided two options with quotes for each. We placed an order shortly thereafter. Ed arrived as scheduled to do the install. He was very methodical and efficient in his work. We are extremely pleased with the finished project. The blinds look great, operate smoothly, and easily address the direct sunlight issue we were having. Highly recommended Martin Flooring for window blinds.

Recently Martin's Drapery department installed curtain rods and sheers throughout my home. I can highly recommend them. Doris, the sales rep, and Ed, the installer, were a joy. Both were professional, polite, and paid great attention to detail. The finished project was exactly the picture in my head. I am not connected with Martin's other than a very satisfied customer.

The Martin's is Wonderful. Emily, our Sales Consultant, was very helpful in all aspects of the selection process and follow through. Garrett, the Installation Scheduler, kept us inform related to timing and related progress. Ted, the Flooring Installer, was professional and very focused in providing the best possible finished product we were expecting. Mike, the Carpet Installer, also was very efficient and personable. Overall, this is the second time that we have utilized Marrin's for our Flooring Projects and would certainly recommend their Products, Finished Work and Team to others.

Beware if you have an insurance claim! I had to replace hardwood flooring because of a water leak so my estimate for insurance company was high. I elected to go with vinyl laminate which is waterproof they had a contractor install in less than 2 days and when I asked for a breakdown of costs, they gave me supplies price and said the whole balance of claim was installation.
I thought it very odd that the exact amount remaining for the claim was for installation so I asked what they paid the sub contractor. Sales associate got very rude when I asked what they paid the contractor and said it's none of my business just pay your bill! Very shady and Very unprofessional!

Doris is a true gem and knows her products well. She takes the time to listen to what you're looking to achieve, and also includes her knowledge on products and what would work best. Ed was top notch as our installer as well. Super courteous and takes care of your home like his own. Very neat and thorough and I so appreciated him using the blue booties on his shoes as well as putting down drop cloths to place products on.
If you're looking for quality service and products, definitely look up Martin's. This is our second project with them and I'm sure it will not be our last. Thanks Doris and Ed!

I spent weeks reviewing floor samples for our kitchen. I couldn't figure it out. Then we met Doris and she offered to come to our house. Within minutes she figured it out and we love our floor! Very special thanks to Doris for her assistance. The installer did a fantastic job. From start to finish we were very pleased with Martin's and I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Jere and Doris were a great help in picking out flooring for our basement. I would HIGHLY recommend them.
