All of the associates and management that work at Boyer's are very nice people they help you out to pick the right flooring that you need Avast you have a good idea but if you don't those Associates are really helpful to do that the management is amazing and the installers are very nice people they really work there hardest just to get the job done and do a very good job but by doing that and I'm really pleased for the the work they did and I recommend anybody that doesn't have an idea about flooring or anything like that to go there because they really help you out.

I had the luck of the Gods! I google searched, Boyers Flooring, I did the better business bureau check, Crossed my fingers and rolled the dice! ! Winner! From start to finish! Completely professionally friendly company! No request! Denied! The sales person Sonya! Top! Knotch! I don't know much about floor! However we needed them done exceptionally well, My Company runs a Speacil needs Group home!

The flooring experts were able to help pick the best product for our clients home, We of course shopped several companies, The price! was the golden ticket! I would recommend Boyers! to everyone as well as call upon them for our other properties! We could not be more happy with the finish product! The installation! a breezy easy day! returned all the furniture as if not ever even being there! we are super pleased!

My wife and I used Boyer's Floor Covering to replace all the flooring in our 1,800 square foot home before we put it on the market for sale. The product was excellent, and the install team were craftsmen. I have zero complaints about our experience using BFC. We were so pleased that we recommended them to our friends and family. My parents, my sister and our daughter are all using BFC to replace flooring at their houses.

Absolutely terrible experience. I suggested this floor company for my 76-year-old grandmother because it was local and had good reviews. First, after they took her deposit it took them weeks to confirm a date the installers would come. Second, once the date was finally confirmed the installers showed up on April 15th and didn't introduce themselves, give their names or even say hello.

My grandmother politely asked them to put on a mask just while they talked to her since she has COPD and is on oxygen all day. Next thing we know, they didn't say a word, just stormed out of the house and drove away. It took us 5 days to get a hold of someone in the office to see what happened while our furniture sat outside. She tried to talk to the owner, Eric Boyer.

He refused to talk to her and no one in the office could explain what happened. By day 5, we just wanted the $900 deposit back so we could move on. Eric refused to give it. The whole experience was a nightmare. We finally went with Empire. They came the same day and installed the next. Go with Empire.

From start to finish, Boyer's ensures an easy and smooth process. Sonja was extremely knowledgeable and friendly in assisting us with our choice of carpeting and Eric was so easy to work with regarding an. estimate and install, as well as helping us to stay within our budget. We are currently working with Boyer's on a second flooring project and will continue to utilize Boyer's for all of our flooring needs.

My wife and I are very pleased with Boyer's Floor Covering and with the carpet they installed in our family room. They were easy to work with from start to finish.

A great experience overall. I will provide my review in the context of how I like to work with service providers. Personally, I don't like to mess around and go back and forth on getting a quote on work so if you like to haggle and be nitpicky, your mileage may vary. First, Boyer's Floor Covering was very friendly and responsive. If you've ever tried to get someone to quote you on home improvement work, you know the frustration of calling 10 people and only having 2 respond and then possibly having 1 person show up. Boyer's was very responsive and provided a quote on the carpet replacement work right away; they get 5 stars just for that.

Once I decided to go forward with the carpet replacement, they ordered the carpet and said they would call to schedule the install once it arrived. The carpet came in a few weeks later, they called me up and 2 folks showed up to install the carpet. No fuss, no muss. The price was right and the carpet looks and feels great! If you're looking for a company that won't jerk you around, I would highly recommend Boyer's.

Working with Boyer's was fantastic from start to finish! Eric came and measured and made some suggestions for flooring. Met with Sonia at the showroom and she again offered suggestions to help us narrow down what would be best for our needs (dogs & kids). Installers were prompt & professional and worked from 8-5:30 daily! Completed our whole house flooring in 2 days! Eric and his staff even worked with us when we had issues with their subcontracted plumber not completing the toilet setting job correctly. Boyer's got a new plumber out to my home in very short notice. Floors look great -- looks like a whole new house!

We had been considering getting new flooring for some time being that we our a family that includes many pets. Our goal was to get the entire first floor done -- knowing we had some time before we could actually commit we made several visits to Boyer's. Every time we went in, even to just browse, we were greeted by the staff who learned about our concerns regarding price, dogs and kids and addressed our questions.

We were offered samples to take home to see what look "fit" our home. By the time we made our decision, it was smooth sailing from there. Eric came out to measure and offered suggestions about particulars and potential conflicts with cabinetry and baseboards. The work was done quickly (less than what we scheduled). We are so happy with the results!

The flooring (Luxury Vinyl Tile) was the right choice for us and our three dogs. Considering it was big financial venture for us, we are grateful for Boyer's expertise, willingness to work with us in terms of making the right choice and with scheduling. We trusted them with a big task in our home that not only makes are home better, but ultimately more valuable. Thank you Boyer's!

Boyer's was great. We found the exact hardwood we were looking for and the installers did a terrific job. The customer service was really A+ from start to finish.

As a business owner, I think Boyer's Flooring workers are very good people and very professional. My wife wants a new kitchen floor, so I stopped by Boyer's Flooring couple days ago. The lady who helped me in the store was super nice and helpful, one of the best slaes I have ever ran into. The nextday, they showed up in my house for measurements, another piece of great talking and working.

The most important thing is, once when they found out that I might cancel the sale due to our own reason, they still so nice and encouraging, unlike some other emotional sales. It is so enjoyable to deal with them. Definately rate Boyer Flooring as one of my top solution.

Great selection, knowledgeable staff and our new hardwood floor was installed sooner than we expected. Reasonable prices too - planning on having another room done in our house soon and will definitely be using Boyer's Floors!
