We used Paracca two times in the past very successfully. We had hardwood installed throughout the main part of our house and also had them do a kitchen backsplash. We were very satisfied on both occasions. Currently we want to install hardwood in our master bedroom. The gentleman we worked with was unwilling to budge on the price. He quoted us $16.50 a square foot installed.

According to my husbands calculations the bid came in higher than that. There were also other miscellaneous charges that seemed high. We are disappointed we will not be using them this time as we were highly satisfied in the past.

I scheduled an appt. for an estimate & was told the individual coming to my home would wear a mask if I requested it. He arrived & told me he did not have a mask. I offered him a mask & he refused to wear it. For that reason, we did not proceed with the appt. I called the office & was told they would "advise the higher-ups" & make sure they know about it.

I was not offered another appt. or an apology, despite the fact that I rearranged my day to fit in this visit. This seems like a very weird way to do business in these uncertain times.

Ordered our carpet for our basement remodel. Can't wait for it to arrive. Everyone was very nice.

Quick response time from getting my floors measured to selections to installation especially during covid and the holidays. Tim was our installer and I want to say how knowledgeable he was about the installation process. Service: Tile work installation

Fantastic from start to finish. Everyone we worked with was exceptional and looked out for us during the entire experience. The sales team by getting us the most bang for our buck. Finance and Scheduling could not have went smoother. The installers were extremely courteous and efficient. We could not have asked for as better experience overall and would not go anywhere else for our carpet needs int he Pittsburgh area.

We cannot say enough about Paracca and the entire process. From Sherry who helped us pick out our flooring to Dan, Jeff and Jamie who installed our LVT and Doug and Tom who installed the carpet. Completely professional all the way through. Prompt arrival of the installers and they were polite and courteous. We were actually very pleased with the pricing as well. Are they the cheapest, no. But who wants "cheap" when it comes to flooring. You want fair pricing and excellent quality and installation. That is exactly what we got! We are super happy with Paracca!

What an unprofessional group of people they are. Walked in to their showroom and nearly fell over the samples they were laying all over the place. Needed a tile was a time sensitive job. They were able to order them. And told me that they would call me. Never got a call. Guess they dont need new customers. I am a contractor and could of sent alot of business their way.

Pushed carpet I didn't care for. And I liked it even less after it was down.

Great experience. They were very willing to spend time to help me find the perfect shower tile to match the floor tile I already had. They gave a rough estimate to do the labor that seemed an excellent price.

Visited Paracca showroom in Cranberry several times. Were very helpful, except for one major problem. We stressed the importance to us of having carpeting that would not show a lot of foot prints or sweeper tracks. Took their professional advice in selecting carpet. Installation was done very well. But carpet shows every foot print & sweeper track. We are very disappointed since we relied heavily upon their advice & guidance.

Professional and great pricing - I am so happy to have gone with Paracca Flooring (we had 2 other companies quote). We had the measure guy out within 2 days of calling, quote back and on schedule to do our bathroom all within 2 weeks (took 2 weeks for the quote because my wife took forever to decide what she wanted) everyone from the salesman to the installers were wonderful.

They showed up on time, very considerate of our home, did a wonderful job. We did have a little bump in the road where one of our tiles cracked - i called immediately and they were out within 2 days to fix. i would like to send a shut out to the installers. Great Job Guys! Thanks Gina and Paul

I want to thank Paracca for the wonderful job that was done at my house. Your guys (Tim & Ayden) set all the tile with such care and so meticulously the bathroom looked great even before the grout! Then Sean and his helper came in to grout. Again this part of the job was done with care and perfection. My wife and I are absolutely pleased and will enjoy our new bathroom for many years to come.

We have used Paracca several times. By far the very best! The crew was polite, respectful of our home, and didn't leave a mark anywhere on walls or baseboard. I highly recommend them.
