I have had the most wonderful experience working with Sal. He is timely to respond, knows what he is talking about, and is not misleading. He truly cares about the community and the people inside of it. During visits to the showroom there were masks being worn as well as proper social distancing (which in this day and age is important). There are also multitudes of flooring options to choose from. My all around experience with Sal was AMAZING and very professional. I would highly recommend them!

As we were looking to re-do our upstairs landscape; we shopped around with a few flooring companies in the Miami/ Fort Lauderdale/ Boca area. Rabbit floors was easy to work with. Sal and his team were transparent around cost and helped advise my wife in making final decisions. We were between two different woods and one was much more expensive than the other.

He and his team actually informed us the cheaper one was the better choice and they were correct. Not one person walks into our home and doesn't comment on how great they look! This was a very different experience than working with his competitors who were pushing more expensive product for the "long term impact". We have had no issues with the floors.

When we scheduled the date for work to commence and determined a time frame they accommodated our request as we have two young children and did not want them in the house while work was being done. They finished a day early and were always on time. One thing I didn't expect was how well they cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis. WOW - I cannot recommend Rabbit Floors strongly enough. And those who know me know -- I am a big complainer. I'm a real 'Karen, ' if you know what I mean. I needed hardwood floors for my new home, and walked into Rabbit Floors because.who doesn't like cute rabbits? I was blessed to find this place. First of all, Sal is one of the most genuinely caring and engaging people you'd ever want to work with.

I immediately felt like family, and he treated my project as if it were his own home. Rather than just shoveling the high-margin items down my throat, he instead asked about my home, looked at pictures, and made careful recommendations on hardwood floors that matched my style and my preferred durability and required level of care. I also felt super informed -- I walked in thinking "wood is wood, I just need to pick a color, " and I was very wrong. Sal took the time to educate me on different types.not just solid wood vs. engineered wood, but also different types of oak and colors and the pros and cons of each.

I feel like I could literally build a dam right now with the knowledge I have of wood. He went above and beyond to make sure I had the samples I needed. Even when I thought I made a selection.he could tell I was still a little on the fence. He offered to give me take-home planks of wood -- whatever I needed to be comfortable with my decision. Then, once I mind was made up, it was easy as could be.

We picked a date, and that was it. When his team came to install -- again, they treated my home like it was their own. They were careful, meticulous, and made sure everything was protected. Everything was finished with such details, even the baseboard reattachments. Every little crevice.even the hidden ones where I thought I'd trick him out with a funky-shaped-corner-pump-fake -- this guy managed to cut the wood perfectly into every nook and cranny.

This team could seriously install wood floors into an English muffin with perfect accuracy -- they are THAT meticulous. Rabbit was more competitive on pricing, had a better selection in their showroom (which is way more helpful than you'd think), had the best service and smoothest install I could imagine from any flooring company I spoke with. If you aren't using Rabbit Floors for your home, I have to only wonder if you even care about your family, honestly.

The absolute best! Sal and Miguel are beyond wonderful. I am so grateful my designer introduced me to them. They are professional, smart, experienced and so kind. Great company. One of the most organized and helpful experiences I've ever had. The staff was very knowledgeable and understanding of all my needs. Rabbit Floors did all the flooring for 6 homes I have built in Boca Raton as well as my own. I have been using them for all my flooring projects for the past 20 years. They are family run company by Sam and his son Sal. They have a beautiful showroom on glades with huge selection of all kinds of flooring. The pricing is great with no hidden charges like most flooring companies do.

But what separates them from others flooring companies I used in the past, are the installers they have. The wood and tile installers has been with them forever. They are the ones who did my home back in 2001 and still with them today.

We recently moved to a house in Boca Raton and of course I wanted perfect floors for my new dream house and let me tell you, Sal helped me make my dream come true. I googled wood floors and after visiting several stores I found Rabbit floors. As soon as I went in I felt this cozy vibe, the store is small, charming and loaded with all types of wood samples and talking to Sal made it even better, the guy knows his thing.

I went asking for a specific brand and color but based on what I told him I wanted he recommended another one and wow, it's beautiful! And even better and more affordable than the one I was looking at. Sadly we couldn't afford their amazing installing services at the moment but he and his father, which I had the pleasure of meeting too when he came as a courtesy to measure my house and tell me how much material I would need.

He not only measure but he gave us recommendations on how to install it ourselves. We've even had some issues and none caused by them but they have been very patient, professional and have helped us all the way, still are. Last but not least their prices are perfect, Like I told you, I visited stores all the way from Miami to Boca and Sal had the best wood at the best price. Im telling you, if you want a good product, at a good price and amazing customer service during the purchase and after it, go with Sal and Sam ( his dad) from Rabbit floors.

Sal is fabulous to work with. He helped me pick the right wood for our new home, his team installed it well and his prices were competitive. We were on a tight timeline due to moving into a new home and he was able to accommodate us and get it done on time. We had a leak in another part of the house after the project was complete and he even went into his warehouse to find a replacement transition piece that would work for the space so we didn't have to order one from the manufacture. I definitely recommend Rabbit Floors.

Just installed engineered hardwood floors in 3 bedrooms from Rabbit Floors. We have driven by the store so many times and based on Yelp reviews decided to stop by. We were very pleased with our choices and the explanation of the floors and what would work best in our house. They gave us some samples to take home. Sal became our contact and did the measurements, created the final estimate, and oversaw the installation. Miguel (the installer) was great and worked very diligently to do the floors correctly. They took pride in their work, would use them again in a minute.

I highly recommended Rabbit floors. I am a interior designer and I have work with them in several occasions and they are always very profesionals, they have great prices and I love their variety of products. We just finish installing some Carpet for one of my clients and the installer was one time and the job came out perfect and my client was very satisfied with their work. I wil keep working with them and I highly recommend them.

I met with the gentleman from Rabbit Floors about a month ago with my wife and could not be happier with the service from start to finish. We worked with Sal who provided us with endless information about what we could expect from various manufacturers and the longevity of our investment. In addition to that he allowed us to take home various samples (more than once) so we could get a good idea of what it will look like in out home.

Once we decided on a product he came to our house and took the measurements himself and was able to provide a quote for us less than a day later. They were booked for the next few months, but said he would let us know if he had any openings and sure enough the following week he did. That next week the floors were installed and the rest is history.

I can't express how much I love my new hard wood floors! From start to finish Sam and his son Sal were nothing but professional. They carry only the best quality products which was so important to my husband and I when making an investment like this. We highly recommend Them and Miguel their installer was phenomenal! Because even if you spend top dollar and they're not installed right. it's like ripping up money! Our floors do creek a lot right now, but they've a sured us that will go away once they have a chance to acclimate. Can't wait to do another project with Rabbit!

Had such a great experience - phenomenal customer service and felt comfortable throughout the whole process. We got our floors done while my parents were out of town as a surprise and Rabbit was so accommodating with out time table. The finished product was so amazing and my parents could not have been more surprised and happy. So fairly priced as well which is hard to find these days. I hired them to replace my floors with engineered wood. Their prices are good and the work was very good but they took over 5 weeks to complete a 1200 square foot condo. I also used their general contracting business to remove the popcorn ceilings and paint the walls. This project was a total disaster. The work took weeks to complete and never was done to acceptable standards. They also left debris and did not clean up at the end of the project.
