We have used Kepple's for two separate jobs. The first was carpeting 3 bedrooms and a staircase in early 2021. We are pleased with the installation and the way the carpet has help up well so far. I believe Kepple's tends to offer high quality carpeting at a fair price. Later in 2021 we had our kitchen floor replaced. It was Mannington Luxury vinyl floor that had grout installed between the tiles.
A few months after the installation, the grout started to separate from the vinyl. Doug Kepple came out and agreed that it was unacceptable. He had his crew come out and replace the floor with a new floor free of charge. Normally companies talk about warranties on their product when they are trying to sell it, and then have a fine print reason why they will not honor the warranty, making it essentially worthless. It was nice to see a Kepple's stand behind their product. Kudos!

My entire experience with Kepple's Carpet has just been perfect. From looking at the different samples in the showroom to scheduling an estimate and of course the installation and the finished product. The whole process was efficient, seamless and seriously, my floor looks so beautiful . I am still in shock how gorgeous it looks that I have told all of my family and friends about kepple's.
The guy that installed my floor was so fast and the quality is superb. Doug was so sweet assisting me through the process from beginning to end. He even came to my place to check how everything was going! I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you again!

I have used Keeple for many years and keep coming back because of the caring service I've received. There are so many choices of where to buy flooring but for me most important is service and communication. All flooring stores have or can get whatever you want, but the people make the difference. I could go on and on, but in short, I'm thrilled with my floors.

I have been working with Kepple's Carpet for over a decade. My home has received several flooring and carpet renovations. The Kepple staff have provided complimentary recommendations and interior design suggestions. What I enjoy most with the company is that they offer a wide range of choice and options that work with a range of budgets. For example, I opted for a higher end look in my bathroom spaces, whereas I chose a more affordable solution in my living and dining room areas that are infrequently used.
I also enjoy the flexible product offerings. Kepple's works with many manufacturers; often I will see something online and they will provide me with a sample even if it is not in their showroom. What I consider most important however is the relationship that I have built with the company. Sometimes unforeseen issues arise with any remodel regardless of the company. Kepple's has always addressed every one of my concerns with true fortitude and expedience. Remodeling your home or business can be hectic and challenging. I truly enjoy this long-term relationship and I have referred Kepple's to many of my friends and family members.

DO NOT USE Joe sold us good carpet but the installers were terrible. When I complained I was told that these were the BEST installers with no complaints in over 10 years. Carpet was supposed to be put in one day but they could not get the old carpet off. When I complained Marie said, "consumers need to understand there might be problems." The carpet was finally installed but was "squishy" underfoot, the carpet was not tucked under base boards, and trash was left everywhere for me to pick up. Joe came thought everything was perfect so now I am warning people. DO NOT USE KEPPLE CARPET!

I had the best experience at Kepples Carpet. The staff was knowledgeable and so helpful. They assisted me every step of the way. With their insight and expertise, they helped me pick my wall to wall carpeting and area rugs. They have a variety of carpet selections and efficient service. Due to the wonderful experience I had, I look forward to more trips to Kepples in the future. I highly recommend Kepples for all your carpet and flooring needs.

This is the 3rd time we have used Doug the previous 2 times were at our home this time was at our new commercial building and the experience was great from start to finish. Doug came out several times with samples and helped me in choosing the best option for our needs. The installation crew was amazing and we couldn't be happier with the end result. We would recommend them to anyone and will use them again anytime we need any type of flooring.

Do not use! Horrible installers and customer service. Spent $6k on carpet and very disappointed. Was hoping on better buying local from a family owned business, but I guess I should have gone to a big box store. Installers showed up on the first day for part of the day, and we were told the job would take 2 days to complete. During the course of the job, I could not understand why they would start and fail to complete multiple rooms each day, which happened on day one and day two.
In addition, on days one and two (Thursday and Friday) they left my house in a mess with staples, padding, and carpet remnants everywhere with partial rooms completed on both floors. Day 2 consisted of one of the installers breaking my ceiling fan in one of my upstairs bedrooms and turning off the fan at the fan in an attempt to obviously hide the fact that he broke the fan.
We unfortunately did not discover that the fan was broken until after they left on day two. Upon discovering the broken ceiling fan, we contacted Mr. Kepple about the broken ceiling fan. He advised that he would check with the installers about the incident and advise. Contacted Mr. Kepple once again on Saturday and we informed him that we had purchased a replacement ceiling fan with installation included from a local big box store, in hopes that we would receive reimbursement.
We were once again told by Mr. Kepple that he would get back to us about the ceiling fan as the installer had yet to return his calls about the incident. Day 3, mind you, the job was supposed to take "2 days, " was the Tuesday of the next week, when they returned to install the carpeting and padding that had partially been removed on Friday on my stairway.
Payment was made in full upon completion on Tuesday. Multiple attempts have been made to the Mr. Kepple to recover my expenses for replacement of the broken ceiling fan with no success. POOR Business practice. As I understand that accidents may happen, as a consumer, you expect that if a contractor breaks something while doing work in your home that they would accept responsibility for making it right.
Obviously not the case with Kepple's Carpet. Not only did I pay $6k for carpet, I also had to pay another $180.00 to purchase a replacement ceiling fan and have it installed. Mind you, a ceiling fan that was broken by the Kepple's Carpet installers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!

My first question was do you sub your work? Response " no, we have our own installers" After multiple visits, including one from the owner "to be sure the job is done right" The owner stated he would be there to supervise on the first day. The job was started on May 14 2018. Elite flooring van came to do the tile. The owner never showed. The installers had no paperwork so I had to tell them where they were installing and also had to telll them the pattern etc.
I was told, and it was on the estimate that the baseboard would be removed and replaced. The installers uncut the baseboard causing a dust cloud covering everything in the house. Ultimately, the baseboard had to be replaced due to large gap between the tile and baseboard. The new baseboard doesn't match and the rest of the gaps were filled in with wood putty.
Very unprofessional job. Vinyl flooring for kitchen, powder room was installed following day. There was a large slice under the bathroom down and sort cuts around the vanity that were filled in with lots of silicone - very sloppy. Also installer did not have final paperwork for installation so transitions were not according to plan. Owner admitted he did not get final install plans into folder.
After a few more visits to rectify the shortcomings, I am still waiting-it's September!- Kepple's will never be allowed inside my home ever again. Very poor communication, workmanship and concern for this customer. I have learned a valuable lesson.

Do not use! Horrible installers and customer service. Spent over $8K on carpet and very disappointed. Was hoping on better buying local but I guess I should have gone to a big box store. Installers showed on first day for only an hour to lay upstairs pad and left (me taking the whole day off work). Padding they installed was bad, they should have see it, I did the minute I walked in the room.
The next day they showed they were asking other contractors at the house what they should do instead of calling me. The carpet they installed was stained where they seamed it. They came back out before their scheduled time, when I was not at the house, and proceeded to clean my brand new carpet with something the installer commented to my other contractor as "working way better then the other stuff". Contacted Kepples my salesperson pushed me off to installation department.
I was told Mr. Kepple would have to come out and look at it. I tried to schedule for two weeks straight any day after 5:30 and kept being blown off. Now I'm stuck with a cleaned "new" carpet. The worst!
