Purchased carpets less than one year ago. Awful installation, seams separating and running through middle of the room. I said I didn't want to break the bank, but wanted decent quality. Owner directed me toward the purchased carpet and said it good, reasonably priced quality. Immediately after installation, I phoned to express my dissatisfaction. He responded, "you get what you paid for". DO NOT expect customer service after he cashes the check. Needless to say, I'm taking the loss and replacing them right away.

I scheduled installation of my carpet for my entire home with the owner. After doing the measurements and getting an estimate from the owner I informed him I would be moving and the home would be empty of furniture. On the day of the install, the installer did not want to proceed since the furniture hadn't been moved out yet. Literally 15 minutes after her arrived my moving company showed up and told him it would take them 20 minutes to clear the basement and he could get started.
He refused to wait, even though he didnt have another job scheduled that day. When he arrived the next morning (late by the way), I asked him to start in the basement since there was someone moving in today which is why I scheduled him for the day prior. He refused to "work around movers" and told me "I should have planned this better". He was very unprofessional and when I told this to the owner Mark, he just made excuses for him, no apology. I was out my $1500 deposit, but the lack of professionalism from this company makes me wonder how they remain in business.
