I occasionally come in and out of Carpets by Otto. They are always quick to ask if you need help. They are very knowledgeable on multiple options of flooring and offer really good deals. I wouldn't hesitate to check out Carpets by Otto before going to anyone else as they seem more personable with their clients.

When I called, the man on the phone was extremely friendly. I was disappointed by how unhelpful the woman "helping" us was when we came in that day. I've never purchased carpet, and came in with measurements and she didn't really try to explain what I should be looking for. I asked some questions and was met with more confusion so we decided to take our business somewhere else.

Have been wanting new floors for years. Joined Costco and they had a deal on flooring which happened to go through Carpets by Otto. Sales staff was pleasant and patient while I took sample after sample home and back. Even though the process was about 2 months start to finish it was worth waiting for. The installer (Shane) was awesome. This was not an easy job for him, lots of leveling and filling in, but his attention to detail did not go unnoticed and I was confident after the first hour of the 4 day install that all would go well. Highly recommend Carpets by Otto!
