The best experience from shopping for the countertops to the installation process! Richard Bradu helped us with the quartz selection for our kitchen. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful. The installation was a breeze. We had ordered a large island and worried it would be difficult to get inside the house. It was not a problem at all for their crew of installers. Would definitely recommend them to anyone shopping for countertops.

Richard from AA flooring was simply the best. If your like me and appreciate outstanding customer service then Richard is your guy. Everything was on time and his crew was very professional! He went out of his way to find me exactly what I was looking for. And when I dropped in without an apt he made time to help me immediately. His recommendations were spot on!

We recently built in Glenview and knowing of A-American, I decided to stop in and check out their showroom. I ended up buying all my floors, cabinets and countertops from them after dealing with several sales people. The way I was treated from the get-go was wonderful, and the quality of materials was great. In general, I've heard horror stories of people ordering kitchen cabinets and having nothing but problems, so I was delighted how straightforward and smooth the process with A-American was compared to what I was expecting.

All my cabinets came on time, without damage and looked beautiful. I decided to go with Cambria quartz countertops for our kitchen, and I don't regret it. They're beautiful and holding up well with our 3 kids. It's worth mentioning that A-American's countertop installers were very skilled and professional. From the sales team to delivery and install of the products I purchased, A-American was great. I will definitely recommend using them!

Richard Bradu was exceptionally helpful in advising me on my kitchen countertops and backsplash. He is a true pleasure to work with. I originally spoke to Richard to request a quote for a specific quartz brand and color for my countertops. Based on the description of my kitchen, he offered a far superior solution. I liked it so much I decided to use it for the backsplash too.

I couldn't be happier with the choice. It works perfectly with my color scheme, and I have received so many compliments! Richard was always prompt and friendly when responding to my inquiries and updates. Everything went smoothly with the install as well. I highly recommend A-American.

Ovi Ionascu was awesome! He helped with my selection of wood flooring and continued to be always available for questions and concerns with the entire process. I have recommended him to several of my friends who are looking to put in wood floors in their home. A-American Custom Flooring has a huge selection of floors with very competitive prices and Ovi made it very easy to shop there. I definitely would check them out if looking for a hardwood floor!

We just completed a rehab and we selected A-American as our countertop installer/provider. We loved the process from design to install! They answered every question we had and made sure we were always satisfied along the way. A couple of days before our install, we received a text that reminded us of our scheduled date! Totally unexpected, but such a cool feature as it allowed us to make sure we were ready!

Would never shop here again. Made every excuse to not return my perfect stair posts because I didn't have the boxes they came in. They were extremely difficult to work with and would not give me the time of day or help in any way. I am sure if I were a Romanian contractor they wouldn't have thought twice. A blessing in disguise as I was planning to purchase all my wood floors, cabinets, and countertop materials from there. The problem with businesses like this, they are always thinking of the short game and don't understand the importance of a good customer experience.

They did a great job. The counters are beautiful and the men were very polite and professional. Workmanship was very well done. I was surprised to learn I needed to hire a plumber to reconnect my sink faucet, drains, and stove since they said they could not reconnect it themselves. It was a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, I am very pleased with the outcome.

We just had a quartz L-Shaped counter top put it today! NO SEAM! I couldn’t possibly be any happier. Great work. Great customer service. I’m so impressed!!!
