Spain Hardwood Floors

I had the flooring replaced in the main living areas of my home, including stairs, with an engineered wood product. I went with Heritage because I had seen work they had done for friends of mine. From discussing the flooring options, to getting an estimate, to the demolition of the old flooring, and to the install of the new flooring, the entire experience was positive.

I worked with Ardy and he stayed in constant communication throughout the process. He and the team of workers that did the job were professional, punctual, and completed the job sooner than expected. The new flooring looks amazing.

Walked in, no one helped after 10 minutes. We just ordered the wood Pecan floors online at Fastfloors.com. Go there instead, cheaper, faster, and based out of North Texas.

I received an estimate from Damien in February and it was less than I was expecting. After reading the positive reviews I felt confident using Heritage Hardwood Floors. I'm an over the road truck driver and Damien easily worked with my scheduled home time, he and his crew were punctual and completed the work on schedule. I had them refinish my floors. The finished results were excellent and as promised. I'm very happy with my floors and would definitely use them in the future. Thanks to Damien and his crew!

Had a mishap at the house that damaged our beautiful hardwood floors. Heritage had installed them a few years back, so I called to see if they could help. Paul told me that they could repair the damage and that it would l not be able to tell where the repair was. He was right!. It looks great. Thanks agin for the fantastic service and quality work.

We recently relocated to McKinney and wanted to expand our new home's existing hardwood floors from the main hall and den to throughout the house. The scope extended hand-scraped hardwood floors through the first floor and in the "public" landings and hall of the second floor. This meant removing rooms of carpet, laying down red oak planks, sanding originals, hand-scraping and staining all to match.

To complicate the job, we were going to be out of the country for a while, so we needed a company we could trust to do the job with little supervision. We chose Heritage and met Tony who helped us with both the vision and execution of the project (a big one as hand-scraped hardwood floors apparently go). The experienced crews were excellent and exhibited well-disciplined craftsmanship.

The floors match perfectly from the original entry to the upstairs hallway. Tony also chose and managed complementary crews (stairs crew, trim painting crew, finishing crews, etc.). For our remaining bedrooms, Heritage finished these rooms with carpeting. Everything looks great! We found the cost of the project competitive and the work quality exceptional. I would definitely recommend using Heritage Hardwood Floors. They have a huge selection and their customer service was great. My husband and I are very picky and they were really patient with our decision process. I have gotten several compliments on my new wood floors.

Heritage did a great job for us. In 2012 I laid used white oak that had varying thickness, paint, and stain. It was a dark and ugly mess when I turned it over to them. Went out of town for a couple of days and had the most amazing, beautiful floor that blended perfectly with the adjacent oak flooring. Flooring still looks great 4 1/2 years later. Very nice, very professional, very reasonable.

Simply one of the worst home improvement experience I have ever had. Quick easy set up for estimate but went down hill from there. Damian was slow to return calls and was defensive or non responsive (just stared at me) when asked questions or voiced concerns. Wanted me to call and set up appointments with people for work he had in his quote for Heritage hardwood floors such as the person who trims the bottom of the door.

The floor installers had to sand and stain twice and because they could match the floor color of the adjoining room and left an "exit path" that was even lighter the the rest of the unmatched stain. After the second try they wanted to go for a third time, each times sanding away layers of wood finish. We said no. Their guarantee of up 80% match with existing floors however it is their discretion not ours because they are the "experts".

Now we have a bedroom floor that cost $3200.00 that does not match the rest of the house. I write this because I don't want anyone to have to experience what we did. I could not be more disappointed. The one star is due to the installer showing up to do the floor on time. I truly have no idea how they are in business. I in no way recommend Heritage Hardwood Floors or the work of those they employee.
