Solid hardwood floors are made of strips or planks milled from a single piece of timber. Normally, solid wood floors can be sanded and finished more times than an engineered wood floor due to their thicker wear surface. Solid wood is commonly finished on site, particularly when custom effects or finishes are desired.

Harbour Hardwood installed our floors this past November; 6 months in and we absolutely love them. We did a full remodel and worked with various subcontractors; HH was by far the best. Harbour's showroom team out in 4 Corners was amazing and helped us get exactly what we wanted. Their installers were true artisans - looking at each plank, placing in just the right spot, etc.
We cut corners to save $$ in many spots in our home, but wanted to spend the money to ensure the floors would be done properly. HH delivered. We are so glad we hired the right team.

Harbour Hardwood Floors refinished my hardwood floors in my personal home. They were very responsive to provide a bid, with their scheduling and helping me choose the right stain. They sent a team of 2 who worked relentlessly 5 days straight installing, sanding and staining our floors. The team was extremely polite, worked incredibly hard and produced a beautiful product. I cannot thank or recommend them enough.
