Had some carpet installed by EMO and the sales lady Denise was awesome and very helpful. The one installer that was sent was nice, professional and did the job quickly. The carpet looks great and we couldn't be happier. I will be returning to EMO when we are ready to do all our other rooms as well.

EMO has friendly and helpful showroom staff. You can take tile samples home to see them in your space, and then once you've made your selection they will help walk you through grout and toe guard options. Their contractors that did the install did a very nice job! There were a couple scuffs left behind, but nothing that sanding and painting can't fix. The floors look fabulous and we would certainly recommend EMO to friends and family in the Lincoln area!

We have had the pleasure of coordinating several flooring projects with EMO Flooring over the years, hardwood, carpet, tiles. you name it. Both the consultations and consultants at the their showroom, as well as the contractors with whom they work for installation purposes are just superb. Professional, creative, prompt, everything one can wish for as a customer. And the product palette they use is also high-quality and always provides multiple options in different price ranges. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

We selected LVP flooring for our kitchen, dining, bath, etc. After shopping a couple places - went with EMO Flooring. Hannah was super helpful (and patient!) during the several trips and numerous samples we looked at. We happened to make a selection that was out of stock at the time.and I can't say enough about Hannah's excellent communication while we waited for it to come in.

She was professional and got back to us just as she said she would. GREAT to work with! Then Kelly and his crew came to do the install. SUPER FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING to our special needs. We looked for tile in Omaha and Kansas City and found the perfect tile at EMO. Hannah and the office staff were very helpful and Joe laid the tile perfectly. We are extremely happy with our experience with EMO.

From the start, our experience with EMO was amazing! Hanna was so helpful in getting everything set up. The guys who installed the flooring were so professional and fast at getting the work done. Even after the work was done Hanna helped us to ensure we knew how to care for the new floors. There was not one aspect of our experience that was bad. I had a large area laid with new flooring. The experience was made easy from the beginning with Denise who sent me home with samples and tips. After selection, the installation with Aaron went smoothly. His professionalism and knowledge left me confident in the process. His craftmanship was excellent! I am extremely pleased with the outcome - comments from friends and family are also positive. I shopped other places in Lincoln and am glad I went with EMO - I felt from the start they had a genuine interest in working with me. Would definitely use them again.

We had carpet installed in a house we were getting ready to sell in Hickman, Nebraska. I went into the office to look at carpet, they were extremely helpful with my needs and picking out the right carpet. They even sent large samples to my house within two days. I was able to schedule everything via email or phone. Then, the measurement went great and the owner was extremely nice. Lastly, the warehouse and install people were extremely communicative and on-time with their job delivery. There's no one else to use except EMO Flooring.

Product, pricing, and installation were all great. We visited Emo Flooring with the thought of buying and installing the back splash ourselves, but with the help of Denise, we were able to pick out a backsplash of our liking and get it installed at a reasonable price. The installer did a great job and kept us informed all along.

Emo flooring is exceptional, they not only offer the best services, but they try to work with you. Denise helped me pick out this gorgeous design once mine was back ordered. They work with you until your happy. Aoron who came out to install all of it did a terrific job, very polite, and respectful of your home. Sure the price is high, but you're paying for good quality, and time they take putting down each price gently and making sure the design looks great.

The wood is wonderful. It's been about 4 days surviving puppy play time, puppy claws, a cat who loves to leave fur, and puppy accidents. Husky safe! Great quality because it's so easy to clean and doesn't even damage the wood. They offer the best products! I really mean it! Originally had carpet and oak that was old, as seen in the photos. The new job they did really improved the place.

We couldn't be happier with Emo flooring. Not only that, but they don't immediately demand money in a whole payment. They take a half down payment and offer other ways to pay when they are done with the job. Able to pay multiple methods. They're flexible, they work hard to give you the best, and they work around your schedule instead of you having to wait on them.

My neighbors were impressed as well. Trust me, if you want good quality, they deliver! They call to see if you're happy with the job, they always get back to you fast if you ever have questions in general. I highly recommend emo flooring!

We are extremely happy with EMO Flooring! We had carpet in the living room, tile in the kitchen and dining room and now have the most amazing flooring throughout! What a difference it has made in our living space. Denise was helpful finding a wood flooring to match old oak trim in the living room to new mahogany cabinets in the kitchen. Our installer was Luke and he was friendly and very professional! We will use them in the future for any flooring needs and we will be recommending them to everyone we know!

Had to replace our 25 year old direct vent fireplace as we were selling our current home in the Porter Ridge neighborhood. This meant replacing the tile surround. Because it was 25 years old there was no way to replace with the same tile which matched the tile in front of the fireplace. The folks at EMO did a masterful job in helping us find tile surround that worked with the tile on the floor, but still have it a new look!

Not only did they help with the selection, but they then came in and installed the new tile. We couldn't be happier! The fireplace looks and works beautifully and I know the new homeowners will love it as much as we do. Thanks to EMO Flooring Company!

Highly recommend this company. Was pleased with the processed start to finish. Floors look awesome. Total job took 8 days. Aaron and Jesse were timely, professional and cleaned up the area they works. Very nice young men.

I didn't hesitate to use EMO Flooring after seeing the beautiful job they did with the floors in my mother's high-end townhome. They installed our wood floors last year in our kitchen and entryway and we love them so much we're ready to do more of our home. They were very responsive, the job was done well and quickly, and their quote was very reasonable. I couldn't be happier.

Customer service (Jackie) was horrible. Her lack of communication with customers needs some serious review. Carpet installer did a terrible job. He was in our house for 2 1/2 days and never clean up anything and made excuses for almost everything we ask him concerning the installation. They destroyed our woodwork and suggested that we should have KNOWN that this was going to happen.

Say what? They also suggested that we (homeowners) were responsible for the repair of the woodwork (baseboards) that they destroyed. I would never recommend this flooring company to anyone. I would agree with the review from Heather K.

Not easy to work with, installation is not the greatest. I have to add to this review because I get more angry every time my sock gets snagged on the broken pieces of flooring they used when they installed our floor. Hate this place.
