I went in for outdoor carpet for our front porch. Immediately the guy recommended I not use outdoor carpet on an outside porch. I agreed but the porch already had carpet that was worn out and there would be unsightly adhesive showing. He said he had a guy with a special sander who could sand it down and might be able to sand it all off so I wouldn't need carpet, but if not, then they would measure up for new carpet.
He would send the guy out in 2 days. The guy came and measured for carpet but made no attempt to sand anything off. He told me he had to take measurements in order to determine if he could even do it. Huh? He said any questions to call Tony. So I did and Tony read me the riot act stating I had to wait til he talked to this other man and since this man was the owner he would know what he was talking about so I could trust him.
Then he raised his voice when I asked if there was a chance he wasn't even going to try. He yelled that he was busy getting lots of calls and describing how busy they were and would call me after he talked to the owner(who is the one who came out to measure.) Tony called back 3 days later stating he would not be able to remove the adhesive. In lieu of his behavior, I had contacted another carpet dealer who told me they have to sand off and skim coat over the old adhesive anyway because you can't put new adhesive over old adhesive or you'll end up with a disaster. Said it had to be a clean slate anyway before new could go down. Evidently Tony was a con artist making me think he had "special equipment" to do something "special" to save me from having to buy new carpet, all the while knowing that in the end he was going to tell me, "nope can't do it, you'll have to buy carpet." And of course I would have felt obligated to buy it from them because they tried to "help" us.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. would never recommend this company. had a problem after removing a tile kitchen floor which they told me how to do. after the tile was removed it was a lot lower then the flooring it adjoined. I tried to explain this to them and they just were not listening to me at all, said it would be ok! NOT! only one that could figure this out and fix it was an installer that came and looked at it finally, owner didn't seem to have a clue what to, never came out to look, and didn't seem to care at all.
I also felt their billing tactics were very questionable since I could not get an itemized statement for a month, I had stopped in there for an invoice about 4 days after the floor was installed and was told they didn't have it ready. about a month later they sent me an old estimated invoice that no longer had pertained to any work they ended up doing for me.
I sent it back asking for an itemized statement of the work they actually did on my floor, only to be sent an itemized one that just happened to come out to the same amount. seemed very questionable to me!

Do not do business with this company. The owner, Dan, is very rude and extremely unreliable. Here are the facts. We wanted an inspection to identify a problem and a potential repair of our floor. We called them about 4 weeks ago and after promising to call us back, they did 2 weeks later. The person who came was just hired by the company (as the owner admitted later).
He did not bring the right tools and concluded that he cannot identify the problem. He said he will come again the following week with the right tools. We scheduled a day and a time. He never showed up. After trying several times, we finally got in touch with him and he said he never promised that he will come again. He said he will call us to schedule another appointment.
After patiently waiting, we finally got in touch with the owner, Dan. He admitted that he had no idea why they sent that person. Nevertheless, he claimed that he knew what the problem is and it can be fixed only if we buy certain types of flooring from Home Depot. We said that we can't buy anything until we know what the problem is. We thought it was a miracle that the guy who came needed special tools to identify the problem, but the owner Dan, suddenly, without seeing anything, knew exactly what the problem is and how we should fix it.
After repeatedly asking him that we need at least an inspection and an estimate before we commit to buy flooring, he became impatient, rude and said he does not want to do business with us. Thank you for wasting our time Dan! Please do not do business with this company. You will save a lot of time and frustration!
