Nic, from Capital Flooring and Design kept me in the loop every step of the way, which is important to me. He was willing to work with me on all aspects of the job, which was to replace rain damaged flooring in kitchen, dining room, one bathroom, and hallway. The installers, which were on time, were anxious to get started. I had to tell them to take a lunch break and at 5:00 to go home for the day.

Most subs quit at 3:30. They were timely, and neat and tidy. Remember we're experiencing COVID and there were some hic-ups along the way. Nic to the rescue! ABSOLUTELY! Absolutely what? I'd use them again!

Shannon was amazing to work with. She is very helpful, honest, flexible and professional. Shannon will walk you thru the process and will be honest about delivery and installation expectations. Tim, installer, and his crew were professional, friendly and arrived on time and cleaned up their work area daily. His crew was efficient and worked quickly.

After baseboards were installed all floors were vacuumed and looked beautiful. I was expecting the need to clean my house right after installation but that was not needed. They cleaned up after they were done and took away all trash, old flooring and materials. Highly recommend Capital Flooring for all you flooring needs. Added bonus this is a family run business not A big box store. You will become a friend afyer doing business with them.

Updated, sense my original post, Capital Flooring has been very responsive and corrected all of my issues. Shannon and Rickey really stepped up and made everything right. I would use them again. I purchased a Mannington laminate floor in 2017, product came with a life time warranty. Under my fridge water leaked and the seams are now bubbling up. I contacted Capital Flooring in 12/2020 and they said this would be covered.

I was working with Janene at the location, we texted about the warranty claim. I have been waiting 5 months nothing has happened. Janene no longer responds to my texts and I am now working with the manufacture to resolve the issue, I have bought several times from Capital flooring in the past and after this experience I would not recommend them

We had a lot of difficulty finding reliable contractors after we first moved into our new home. The market was crazy! Thankfully we found Cap Flooring. They were amazingly responsive, and did a great job levelling and installing the floors in our dining room. Great work! We'll be back again.

We used Capital Flooring to redo the carpeting in the entire upstairs and on the staircase. The person at the showroom was very knowledgeable and very friendly, who helped us narrow down the carpet brand we wanted. Next, Nic came to our house to make measurements and write up an estimate. He took all the measurements quickly and even have us some information on flooring we were interested in doing in the downstairs.

We received our write quickly and he was very responsive in tracking the stock and available of the carpets we wanted. The installation was great, and we are completely satisfied with the results. Highly recommend Capital Flooring for your flooring needs.

Capital Flooring has a huge selection of products, was the best value I found, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Nic was so helpful and patient in picking out the right laminate product - he even found the perfect color to complement the wood cabinetry in our home. The measurement and quote process was convenient and easy. On the installation side, Irving and his team were incredible.

They were friendly, efficient, tidy, and meticulous. Even with multiple transitions, some quirky angles, and a section of damaged subfloor that needed to be replaced, they finished a sizable job in three days and made sure we had new floors before the holiday weekend. As a bit of a perfectionist, I really appreciate that they took the time to make sure everything was done right the first time. (And without me having to say anything!) We couldn't be happier with our new floors! I highly recommend Capital Flooring and will certainly go back to them for future projects.

Our original purchase of a vinyl plank floor from Capital Flooring and Design was a very positive experience from demo of old porcelain tile floor to cleanup after new installation. A few years later we noticed an issue with the plank flooring and spoke with Shannon regarding the problem. Her family run company was instrumental in contacting and corresponding with the manufacturer of the product.

Through her and her staffs many efforts, the manufacturer honored the warranty in full. This company proved there still is true "customer service". We are enjoying our new flooring and highly recommend this company.

Had a great experience with Capital Flooring. When I first called, they were extremely helpful and promptly scheduled a appointment to measure our bathroom floor. They then came back, took measurements, and invited us to visit their store. At their store, they gave us great attention and helped us explore different options. They realized later that they accidentally underquoted me, but to their credit, they decided to keep with the lower price for integrity sake. The install was done in one day by great guys. Great customer service overall.

We recently used Capital Flooring and Design Center to put down plywood to seal our sub-floor and install new pad and carpet in two bedrooms. Nic was our contact for the estimate as well as follow up for ordering, confirmation of material arrival and installation details. He was very helpful throughout the process and reassured us concerning installation details as we had a bad install experience with a prior project from a different company.

We are completely satisfied with the service and work done by Capital Flooring! We also want to mention that the installer, Memo, was exceptional! He took the time and effort to do a great job with all parts of the installation.
