Everyone at Messina's was very polite, knowledgeable and responsive. The men who came to do the install we very professional and worked very hard. A very pleasant experience.

Excellent customer service offered by Spencer, estimator did come out & look at our project to be done. After the individual left got a return call from this company, was not a happy potential customer. Reason being is that they told me we would have to gut our kitchen floor completely & that a contractor would have to come in to do this before they would even look at taking on this job.

Not satisfied with the outcome they provided to us. Unfortunately we got several other estimates from other flooring companies & not one of them said we would have to gut our kitchen. So there for we took our business elsewhere.

Wonderful sales personal, great selection of carpet. Appointments were all on time from measurments to installaton. Joe Spada and assistant did a wonderful job installing the carpet. Did a great job with cleaning up after also.

I had a great experience recently from ordering the carpet, price and installation all done in a couple of weeks. Carpet looks great and the installation was done expertly as room was a little complicated. Very pleased!

Geri was terrific and especially good with my dog! The installers were here exactly on time & they worked fast! They were super polite & the clean up was amazing! Had a great experience with Messina from start to end. We had browsed at multiple vendors before going to Messina and their enthusiasm for our renovation projects and helpfulness Dawn provided along the way was unmatched. Messina did a backsplash in our kitchen including an unusual copper tile feature we bought elsewhere.they didn't blink and worked it into the design and even shared our excitement about the look of copper pieces. Messina also performed the tile renovation and replacement of a builder-grade fiberglass shower/tub unit into a beautiful tiled walk-in shower.

While Messina performed just the tile install they were extremely consultative during the demolition and planning to ensure that the other elements of the renovation prep like the plumbing, hand bar and shower doors were all well understood before the tile went in. Their install contractors were great and the results are stunning. It's a beautiful transformation of both the kitchen and our master bath--rooms we use every single day. And they were remarkably quick to get to our project given what we were hearing from other installers! Thanks for the beautiful work!

Just had brand new carpet installed in four rooms in my house and couldn't be happier. Entire staff, Dawn, Judy, and Spencer (binder extraordinaire) was friendly and knowledgeable. Just walked out. I am shocked at the rude customer service. I am taking my business to another merchant that appreciates their customers. Their staff needs training on client service. My 2500+ sf project must be too small.

We have used Messina's Flooring & Carpet for 6 different projects and they are professional, competitive with pricing and great with service. We just had a backsplash installed by Shawn and he did a great job! Dawn is great at helping with design and choices.
