I have purchased both my kitchen floor and all theLuke Malbon engineered hardwood flooring for my living and dining room at Elm Park Flooring. I found their pricing very good. Mark and Julie were engaged in my project and made sure I we found the right product. Mark even came out and gave me pointers on installation and lent me some tools.

After some stressful and difficult experiences with other stores, I came here due to the recommendation of a friend. It started with a wonderful discussion where I was assisted in making the decision on what type of carpeting would make the most sense for me. The woman was extremely patient while I talked everything through. Then we had the same person who installs the carpet, Mark, come to see the space and measure.
He was also super helpful and took time with me so that I could then place my order for the exact carpet I wanted with confidence. It was holiday time when the carpet was supposed to come, and expectedly there was a delay. However, Julie made sure my carpet got to me on time so that my business was not disrupted with any delay. She pulled some major strings for me and I appreciated it so much.
The carpet was installed to perfection and was done quickly. Mark even helped install a few extra squares to serve as a foot mat in the basement which is the next room to help keep my carpet nice and clean. These people truly care about their customers and because of that I will go back to them every time!

If you are like I was and obsessively searching reviews to find help with your floors then you can stop now. Elm Park Flooring is the one. Having purchased my first home, I was incredibly confused and overwhelmed on how to remove 30-year-old, heavily stained carpet from my entire property. Enter Julie and team. They clearly laid out options, thoroughly measured the property and did not let my modest budget stop them.
In an industry filled with less than savory companies, Elm Park Flooring was a bright spot and I cannot recommend them enough. They were incredibly professional, kind, and flexible. When I noted I needed the floors done asap, Julie didn't push back and instead found a way to make it happen, ensuring the job was done two weeks after my showroom visit. The whole experience was incredibly positive and I highly, highly recommend them.

I recently got my kitchen and bathroom floors replaced by this company. My first visit from them started at 9 in the morning and they were still in my home by 7:30(I live in a studio). It got so late I actually had to ask them to leave because they didn't seem like they'd be done anytime soon. As they were moving the appliances back in they dropped my fridge not once but twice. Dragged it across the floor causing a scratch and multiple indents underneath where the fridge was.
It seemed like they tried to be sneaky and hide the dents. After expressing my unhappiness with the final product they said they'd replace the area they ruined. Instead a worker came out with a hair dryer and asked me for ice cubes to manipulate the material rather than do what I was told would be done. 3rd times the charm and finally the ruined area was replaced, half fast with a bubble on the edge. I would not recommend going here at all. It was a headache and not worth the pricing especially with multiple inconveniences.
