Wow! These guys gave expert advice, and a perfect job laying our new floor in a very difficult house, more than 300 years old. They were on time and at a very reasonable price. It's unusual to find a contractor this good, skilled, honest and nice to work with.

Quality work, excellent customer service, and great products. Gary, Dave and the rest of the team are top notch. You will not find a better place to get flooring. Built a new home and had them install hardwood, vinyl tile, and rug in different areas of the home. As a tradesman myself, I appreciate quality craftsmanship. Thank you for your great work!

Look no further, this place is the real deal! Had always dealt with the "other" flooring and carpet store in Danvers but decided to try Moriarty & Gordon on a recommendation of a friend. Glad I did! Everyone from sales to installation was almost too easy to deal with to be real. On time delivery and installation and finished earlier than expected. Installers Were highly skilled craftsmen, cleaned up perfectly and very professional. Probably the best business I have had working at my house. Money well spent! Thanks to everyone!

Moriarty and Gordon recently put a very nice runner on finished basement stairs, Man let tell this is the company to go to. When they say they are going to be at your house for 9am for a estimate, they will be there at 8:59am. These guys did the job without be being at my house. Just left my bulkhead door open and after they finished they locked it up for me. Only place to go FOLKS!

Service was incredible from start to finish. From picking out the floor at the store to having it installed, every step was an easy, smooth process. The flooring is excellent quality, and I was so impressed. with the installation. They did a truly phenomenal job, went above and beyond, and were so professional. Great price as well. Used Moriarty and Gordon products to tile our new bathroom and were so impressed with the wide variety they had to choose from. We loved the tile choices we picked and they helped us out along the way with finishes and what not. You can have them install for you but if you don't they give you a discount, and we had a contractor already so we were appreciative of that deal they offer. Would definitely recommend!

This is the second Bathroom renovation, that We've used Moriarty and Gordon and let me tell you. I have been helped so much by Cole with the selection. They are so polite and prompt with delivery and customer service. HIGHLY recommend them, you will not be disappointed!

I had carpeting installed in my basement. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00 to 9:30 AM on Saturday. The two gentlemen that installed it were punctual, professional and they did an excellent job! The entire experience with Moriarty & Gordon was nothing less than outstanding. Gary, Cole and Nate were all very professional and went out of their way to make sure we got what we wanted with absolutely no hassle! I wouldn't hesitate to use them for all of my flooring needs and will recommend them highly to my friends and family! Thank you!

I have used Moriarty and Gordon for all of my flooring needs. Gary is great, and so is his brother. Cole is wonderful too. The store has lots of samples of tile, hardwood, linoleum and carpeting. Their service is impeccable with excellent pricing. When they finish the job they leave the house as clean as when they started. My friends use them too. You will be very happy with Moriarty & Gordon.

I scheduled 2 different appointments with Moriarty & Gordon to do a flooring estimate at my store, Emporium 32. Both times they did not show up. The original meeting, which I scheduled with Cole, was for May 6. We had booked a time slot nearly 2 hours before our store typically opens because we wanted to work with M&G's schedule. The owner, David, . was supposed to meet with us. Unfortunately, no one showed up or called.

I finally called to investigate. Nate was very apologetic, saying David was away on a business trip and that I should have been called beforehand. He said that if anyone could make it out that day, that I would be called first, but just in case we booked another appointment.

Although their website states Sunday hours, don't believe them. They are apparently only true from September through June. This fun fact is posted on the door which is fine but should really be somewhere on their site to avoid having to drive there for no reason. In addition, I then stopped there this morning to return the samples I couldn't yesterday but although a bell rang announcing my coming in, none of the employees could stop their back room socializing or trips to Dunkins to help me, even though I did wait for 10 minutes to see. All in all, they made a very unimpressive first impression.

Great experience. Very easy to work with, knowledgeable on the products. From getting the quote, to the actual installation was very reasonable. Those that installed the hardwood floor were very professional, friendly and clean. Would highly recommend!
