Boston Wood Floor Supply has everything and is committed to getting things right. To the other negative reviews, yes, sometimes folks there get really busy juggling lots of deliveries (and Boston-area traffic). But despite it seeming like they primarily serve contractors, developers, and ppl in the trades, they also work with homeowners (like me) on smaller jobs.

They were the only store (we visited everything from Floor & Decor and Lumber Liquidators to Carlisle and Stonewood down on the Cape) to find us a match for the floors we needed to patch. Really appreciate their inventory (hardwoods, engineered; plus were able to get us a custom-sized floor registers within a week) and professionalism. They know the trade well and have competitive/lower pricing than online floor suppliers and many local stores.

Price is fair enough. but the worker on the front counter are rude specially the guy on the front. they need to improve their customer service.

Very rude and discourteous drivers/delivery team. It is not worth dealing with these people. Called to discuss issues and the management was "too busy to call back." Find another place.

Really bad costumer service, it seems they don't want help you to buy their products

As a builder I've been buying hardwood flooring from them for 6 years. They're very pleasant, fairly priced and deliver for a very small charge. And they figure out what I need for nails and paper when I tell them how many square feet of flooring I need so I barely need to think!

Amazing place they have stuff that nobody does. All kinds of would care and floor products. Highly recommended prices are very good

Bought twenty- two 20 sq ft bundles but the bundles are less than 20 sq ft. I was ripped off! What should I do? If the owner does not compensate, do I need to call authorities?

Went to this location as they were the only floor supply store open past 1pm on a Saturday. I think he was the owner, but he was incredibly rude. I am usually pretty easy going, but wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. Will make sure to plan appropriately next time to ensure I never have to come back.

Extremely rude and unprofessional owner who does not know how to treat or talk to customers properly. I do not recommend this vendor for your flooring needs and hope people purchase their products elsewhere!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I called on wed to have the wood delivered on Sat and they said they would call back on Fri to let me know what time the delivery was for Sat. They didn't call me on Fri. When called them on Sat morning asking when the delivery time is, they told me they didn't have the wood out for delivery today on their system and they would have to deliver it on Mon.

Due to the time being i couldn't wait till Mon and I was so pissed off. I insisted to have the wood delivered right away. 3 hours later two delivery guys came and dropped the wood CARELESSLY on the 1st floor while I asked them to bring up on the 2nd (only 10 steps from the 1st floor) as I mentioned when I made the order. They then brought 12 bundles to 2nd floor and while I was inattentive waiting for them to bring the remaining bundles on 2nd floor, they intentionally left 6 bundles on the 1st floor, locked the front door and got on their truck without my knowledge.

I found out and ran to their truck, they gave me an attitude and ran away. I called the office to complain, they insisted that the invoice said 1st floor and didn't even say sorry. What was they charged the delivery fee for? Now I, a woman and alone, have to manage to bring the wood upstairs myself. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

Very knowledgeable company, was very helpful is dispersing information on a range of flooring topics. Offer a variety of products and brands, will continue to use them in the future.

Wood is quality. they will charge you15% restock fees if you return some. Ask your contractor to measure conservatively.

Stephen Lee and his staff are very responsive, courteous and professional. They are on time as promised. Specially, they do deliver material in the weekend while no other supplier does. Amazing service and products. I called several other wood floor companies, and these guys were the only ones who said they had what I needed (4 oak) in stock. I brought in a piece of the damaged flooring that I was replacing and they sawed it in half to determine if it was red or white oak. They were super helpful and professional. I highly recommend this store.
