Carpetville

They installed wall to wall carpet in a new attic office a year ago. Quality seems great, installation was fast and easy, everything has held up well.

I bought a rug off Facebook Marketplace, and it was an irregular size to be cut down. I drove up to Carpetville with no appointment, but was treated respectfully and seriously. Turns out Clive has been working for this company for decades, at least since before it moved 20+ years ago from Washington Street. His efficiency was impressive. Not only was he able to do the requested cut and binding the SAME DAY, he took an additional request from me and did it within an HOUR.

He cared about the work too, cautioning me about a decision I was making, but ultimately leaving the decision up to me. I was lucky to get in the door just before a couple of other projects, but WOW, I've never had a business be so responsive. Now that I think about it, I didn't ask if he was married, lol! The work is excellent, and I cannot recommend Carpetville enough. Clearly he is treated well by his boss if he has stayed for so long. Bravo to Carpetville! I am thinking of new projects just to frequent this business again!

I had a long overdue stairway carpet installed. The installer came on time as stated during my in store visit where I selected my carpet and discussed other things. The carpet looks great, I picked a great color almost similar to what was there prior. The installer removed old carpeting and underlay along with old nail-on strips, he vacuumed and took away all the "junk carpeting" etc.

He was in and out in a bit over 3 hours. including clean up. Again, I am amazed how the appearance of the new carpet takes absolutely no getting used to, like it was always there and yet brand new!

From the minute we walked into the store until the installation was complete, every part of this experience was exceptional. The installer showed up on time (even early) and the work he did was superior in every way. We have now had three rooms, one staircase and one hallway carpeted and we couldn't be happier!

Joe and Danny did my kitchen floor years ago with a beautiful Vinyl that blends in perfect with the kitchen. This floor looks brand new after all these years. They did a fabulous job installing it at a great price for the whole job. I will always purchase my rugs and flooring from Carpetville. Joe and Danny are so nice and very professional. I bought a carpet from them, and when I saw it installed, I didn't like it. They took it back and give you partial credit. When I found the new carpet the replacement was quick, and the service was good. Later, my basement flooded, and they help me change the pad quickly at a good price. I would recommend them. Very personal service.
