The carpet I selected was fine and the installers did a good job, however the customer service was horrible. I have them my phone number and asked that they call me when the installer arrives, they gave him my sons number instead. I missed the installer because of this and he had to come back. Also, I asked them about the incident my neighbor had (the sherif called her when he found empty prescription bottles behind someone's house/ turns out he had worked at her house from Flours for you and he helped himself to some of her medicine, that she thought she had put away from prying eyes).
The person taking my order acted like he had never heard of that happening, but when I mentioned it again he owned up and said that had been dealt with by the police and sheriff. Then after installation(Wednesday) I called and told them I would be in on Saturday to finish paying. I went in as promised and paid what they said I owed. Then the phone calls started to my son saying the bill needed to be paid.
He told them to call me and gave them my number. They called me and I told them I had been in on Saturday and paid. She said the had to investigate, called me back and said oops they told me the wrong amount so I still owed more. I told them I would be in on Thursday, they continued to call my son and also call me with the you owe us money call. Thursday morning they started calling both of us again, I got in there about 10am and paid them off.
What a miserable experience, I do not recommend doing business with them. I had given them my number numerous times and so had my son, there was no reason for all of the calls to him. And I had gone in there to pay up as I said I would.

I fully believe that to receive 5 stars from a customer a company really needs to knock it out of the park - and Floors For You did that for us. Our salesperson, Hannah, was very kind and courteous - having only been there 3 months the first time we came in she still had lots of knowledge when it came to different shades and tones within the category of vinyl planking.
She helped us pick out our flooring (that we later decided we didn't like, so we came back in and she helped us pick out what we went with and ultimately love). Grateful for her help and patience as us first time home renovators picked out flooring in front of her. Because of the complexities with the slab our house is built on, we decided to have Floors For You install the vinyl planking on over 1000 sq. feet.
This was a complicated job, we had thick adhesive residue (look up "cut back", it's terrible) scattered throughout the space, bumps, ridges, and chunks missing in the slab. We even had a section that was noticeably lower than other parts of the concrete. Mark and Rob (I think were their names) came in and were extremely professional right off that top (and also really fun to talk with), plus put me at ease about the state of the slab.
They explained that if there is any area that will affect how the planks lay flat, they'll skim coat that area so it won't be noticeable (they were right). They were so confident that I instantly stopped being stressed about it. Also, most houses install quarter round by the base board to cover the gap between the wall and floor but we are just doing baseboards.
That was no problem for the installers, they happily brought the floors closer to the wall so the gap is covered by just the baseboards. The finished product is truly all but perfect. Not a single loose board, not a single gap between boards, no dings or bumps in our new flooring, just gorgeous, new floors. We had a really wonderful experience here, clearly. I'd recommend you go in and check out the store because i'm confident you will too.

I don't even know where to start with this, but absolutely nothing about our experience here was good. It should've been my first red flag when they sent us a quote for the wrong flooring, but we wanted to support a local business rather than go through Empire or Home Depot. Here's a list of what you can expect: 1. We paid about $1k for them to move our furniture.
They broke a shelf because they neglected to remove the glass first, and picked up the largest shards but left shattered glass on the shelf and floor. I have 3 cats so this was a HUGE concern for me. Additionally, they did not move the furniture back when they finished. 2. There are staples sticking out of at least 7 of our stairs that I've found by stepping on them. 3.
There are pieces of carpet that are not even stapled or nailed down that you can literally just lift off the floor. 4. The trim in the kitchen is crooked, 2 pieces have fallen off and another 2 are halfway hanging off because they didn't nail it in sufficiently. 5. We were stood up twice--the first time they called us at the exact time they should've been arriving to tell us they'd be there the next day.
The second time, nobody informed us and I had to call and ask when we'd get our floors finished. 6. A couple of the transition strips were not installed correctly, so they stick up and scratch the bottom of the door frame. 7. They didn't read the paperwork and ended up carpeting a closet that wasn't supposed to be carpeted--which is fine, except that it was a closet full of furniture and power tools, and they didn't return ANYTHING to it's original place, but piled it all on top of each other. Luckily nothing was damaged, but this is a perfect example of their absolute incompetence. 8.
We emailed them 3 weeks ago, were told almost 2 weeks ago that somebody would be in contact with us 3 days later to schedule a time for them to come fix everything that was wrong, and we haven't heard from them. I'll be fixing it myself because we clearly aren't a priority anymore since they've already got our money. I'm so bummed about it, not only because we paid a LOT of money, but also because we wanted to avoid a big company and shop locally. Lesson learned.

We used this company at our previous house 17 years ago, great job. So, lets spend a little more money on a better product and installation. The carpet install by Terry was pretty good. However, the vinyl installation experience in the kitchen area(s) was less than sub-par at best. My wife & I sent emails and pictures of the areas of concern. I also posted a negative review. Fortunately, that received the attention it deserved. I can now say, the installers came back out and corrected our areas of concern. TY!

We purchased carpet and vinyl plank flooring from Floors For You. The carpet installation went well with no problems. The vinyl plank flooring installation was awful. They couldn't match the quarter round to our trim, and after trying a couple times, they told us to go to Sherwin Williams and have them match the color. When they installed the quarter round, they did a poor job and tried to cover up their poor workmanship by using wood putty.
In addition, the installers ripped out some of the subfloor when removing the old floor and rather than fixing it they just laid the floor over the damaged area. The installers wound up coming back to the house 5 times and there are still issues. At this point, we've given up on having them fix it. The owner was rude and difficult to deal with. While she acknowledged the errors, she acted like she was doing us a favor by having them corrected.
She did not offer any kind of discount for the inconvenience caused to us by her installers' incompetence, and instead acted like she was being inconvenienced. The staff in the store were very nice and easy to deal with and were very apologetic for the issues we encountered. They clearly didn't learn about customer service from the owner. We used a specialty flooring store rather than a big box store knowing we would likely pay more, but assuming the installers would be better and take more pride in their work. I would never recommend this company to anyone. It was a horrible experience. Use them at your own risk.

This business gives great customer service. We had new flooring installed into our home and they accidentally cracked two tiles during installation. They made up for this by completely replacing our entryway tile. I can't say enough good things about this business. I would recommend them to anyone considering getting new flooring.

Look elsewhere. Sales staff were nice and helpful, but installer's work was very shoddy. Wrong trim was installed which was different than the type that was there previously. What's worse is that the manager came out and didn't see an issue. They offered to replace the trim if I purchased the new pieces, however I replaced it myself. After seeing the initial level of detail, there is no way I wanted them back. This was the first and last time I'll deal with this place. Stay away!

I noticed that they were having a great sale on area rugs at 50% off. My daughter and I stopped in and found a great rug for our home. I was so excited that I purchased the rug right away.without any way to transport it home. Floors For You delivered the 9x12 rug to my home free of charge! Talk about great customer service! Everyone was very professional and friendly. I will definitely refer to them for flooring needs. My new area rug looks and feels great! Thanks Floors For You!

My husband and I were shopping for new flooring. We were the only car in the parking lot. When we entered the store, a few guys were there. They seemed put out or annoyed that we were there. One actually got up and showed us where the samples were. They did have beautiful area rugs. But, they did not seem interested in our business. We received no assistance.
I don't know if they thought we weren't serious buyers, but we were. We left and went to a different store, where we purchased $3,500 of hardwood floors. They don't have that big of a selection, so I would recommend that they either have great prices and/or superior service to stay competitive. I didn't see either one.
