Love big dog flooring! Great local company and those dogs are a site to see! They replaced all the flooring in my house, looks better than I could imagine.

Drivers are wreckless. Driver flew up Thompson where it changes to one lane cutting me off when i was driving forward, almost hit the driver. Very disappointed to see them representing their company like that. License plate XTF862

Big dog flooring laid down A new kitchen floor for me today. The associates did excellent work. They had a great attention to detail. For example, when they put the quarter round back down they cleaned it first. Before they pushed my refrigerator back in place they vacuumed the back of it and cleaned the wheels. They took great care moving the furniture around and putting it back into place.

Everything was clean when they left. As soon as the product came in they were available to install. Everyone on the staff was friendly and returned calls asap. I recommend Big Dog Flooring for their product and service.

Very excellent in all areas! Staff in showroom helpful and we were able to take multiple styles home to make our choice. Installed as soon as flooring came in. Workers laying flooring went above and beyond. They were so professional and kind. We had two large rooms and a long hall replaced and we could not be happier with the results. All the furniture replaced perfectly, rooms swept and left in perfect condition. Very highly recommend this company!

I definitely recommend Big Dog Flooring. The staff is great - helpful, kind, and informative. They do a great job with installation and are prompt and reliable. I had new flooring installed in a condo and the outcome was fantastic. I highly suggest using this company. You can have peace of mind using them with your flooring project.

This is the best company. From visiting the store and talking to them, then taking home many samples, giving advice, coming out to measure and then installing. They came as committed, worked hard while here, cleaned up, kept us us to date. We had them take out all of our carpet and install luxury vinyl plank throughout. Definitely would recommend them. Also they have big dogs!

Good prices, great service. They even let you take home full planks for a few days so you get a better idea of how it will look in your own home! Putting in 3 rooms- will definitely get there!

The craftsmanship and care Big Dog took when installing our new hardwood floor was quite simply amazing. Since we were replacing carpet there was a series of intricate cuts around door frames and existing trim and they are flawless. The installers even re-hooked our tv and DVD player up when putting the furniture back in place! Very happy once again with Big Dog Flooring!

Big Dog must be so busy that they don't need customers. I went in the store to look at some carpet, was told to send measurements, they wouldn't come measure, and then they could get me a quote and schedule install right away. So I emailed measurements, then they called and had no idea who I was. I called back and reminded them. then I get a quote a few days later, I emailed back and said "Great, lets get it scheduled" Didn't hear a thing for a week.

I called and the responses was just oh. sorry. no offer of anything. then if you want to pay by card they add 3%. really in this day you charge people to use a credit card. Would have been nice to offer to waive that since you ignored me for a week and you know I have to drive 45 min to get to the store to pay my deposit. Summary, service seems to have slipped since the last time I used them.

Purchased engineered hardwood. The staff was extremely helpful and stuck in my price range. The first installation men did an awful job. That or the flooring was defective. Thankfully big dog allowed the floor to be ripped up and completed again. The second installers - husband and wife - did amazing. So detailed and sweet people. Overall my floor looks amazing and great price. Was a hassle to have them complete again - but it was worth it now!

I can't give this business a big goose egg 0 rating, so a one star rating will have to be their ONLY ' lucky star ' from me. Well, where do I start? From the beginning, the owner was not forthcoming about the bottom line on the pricing aspect of the job. When the area to be floored was measured, he said he would email the estimate. After viewing the estimate, we noticed that he slipped in quite a few nickel and dime misc charges - like a freight charge for the flooring.

Usually freight is built into the price of the flooring per square foot in most cases. They led us to believe that fact in the beginning before we saw the initial estimate. They never mentioned that the price we agreed to for the flooring was the bottom line price. Then, .after the flooring style was picked, and after it was delivered, it looked nothing like the sample in the store.

The coloration was all over the place, and looked like several styles and/or colors of flooring. We went to the store to see if we could work it out by getting a more comparable color of flooring, but then they informed us there would be a 900.00 restocking fee. We were shocked as that was never stated to us, because nothing was ever signed - like the final estimate.

We refused to pay a restocking fee and we decided to terminate the entire the business transaction immediately. The owners wife was extremely nasty to us and argued incessantly. She knew she didn't handle the whole transaction in a professional and businesslike fashion, and she knew we were right. She was frustrated because she screwed up. It was a very awkward and stressful scene.

We left the business shortly after she started yelling at us because we knew there was not going to be a way to resolve the situation based on her irrational and unpleasant behavior. It was a twilight zone moment to be sure. Judging from the other poor reviews from others who rated this business, I guess I am not too far from the true mark in rating this business with poor marks.

I know it definitely wasn't our fault, and it just simply appears to be the way this business operates. They seem to fly by the seat of their pants, and shoot loosely from the hip. It's a very unstable situation that I hope I can help others avoid.

I would give this business a zero if that was an option. the staff at the office was quite nice but Kris came to my house to measure and was beyond rude. I didn't even get in my door when she started with insults. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Extremely rude staff and the owner herself is not much better. I went in with my husband as we are interested in re-flooring our kitchen and was treated horrible. The owner, Kris, must have been having a bad day but she really needs to learn to not treat her customers so poorly or she'll no longer have any. They will never get a penny from any of my family or friends.
