Next Day Floors

Representative was xtremely responsive, honest and provided fair pricing. Installers arrived as scheduled and completed the job in less than 1 day. Minor repairs/adjustments were made within 1 day of contacting the representative and promptly completed. We'd recommend using this company without reservations - true professionals!

After a basement flood we hired Next Day Floors. The floors had layers of old linoleum and a 25' river of uneven concrete after the pipe was replaced. Ryan helped me select carpet for the main area and tiles for the utility area. Elvis and Eduardo leveled the floor and the tile installation was done to perfection. The installers were professional, very courteous and did a great cleanup when they finished!

Short take- excellent in every regard. Mr. Moiles, the sales representative was on time for the appointment, took ample time to explain any questions and gave a detailed estimate that did not require any changes when the floors were installed. He repeatedly checked to make sure the work went as planned. The work crew were efficient, careful and responsive to any questions.

They paid attention to small details and did a superb installation. They cleaned up on completion and left the house in better shape than when they started. If it were possible to give six stars I would.

I contracted with Next Day Floors for wooden floors. After installation I began to see signs of cracked, stressed, splitting wood planks. I contacted NDF and they refused to correct those issues but instead told me I should try to resolve my concerns with the wood manufacturer. They even stopped returning my calls or answering my text messages. My signed contract was between NDF and me.

Any defective wood was obtained by NDF from the wood's manufacturer. I strongly recommend that you do not use this company. I found out the hard way that there are many much better and honest flooring companies out there. BEWARE!

When you get work done on your home, you want to certainly look around and be sure that you are getting not only the best deal but also great service. My sales rep, Ryan Moiles is stellar in all aspects of his role with Next Day Floors. He arrived promptly for the consultation and not only provided quotes but also mock pictures of what our floors would look like with the chosen product.

And the quoted were not just verbal but electronic versions. Which were delivered promptly to my email for not just 1 but 2 products that I was considering! As a single, working mom, Ryan was receptive to how I needed to break down my payment according to my budget. He even presented financing options. The contractors arrived as scheduled and on time.

They were respectful of our home and property and worked quickly and efficiently. Having a child with asthma meant the carpet upstairs had to go. We love our new luxury vinyl plank flooring! Thanks Ryan and thanks Next Day Floors!

Liesha Anderson was very professional and super helpfu! My husband is a BIG RAVENS FAN and he was determined to have purple carpet! She researched and found the perfect purple ! My husband and I are very happy and pleased with the installation provided by Ozzie's Crew with next day floors! 21 Sept 2020 update - I received an email apology regarding the delayed response (3 weeks!) and am temporarily adjusting my review from negative (1 star) to neutral (3 stars). I look forward to updating this after my experience with Next Day Floors is complete. --originally posted 18 Sept 2020-- I hate doing this because I want them to succeed, but these people do not want your business.

The first appointment I made was canceled on me ten minutes before the appointment was scheduled to begin. The representative, Marcus, sent me an email to tell me so. Couldn't even be bothered to call me and ensure I received the message right away. Upon rescheduling, a man named Suresh presented to my home. He came with an iPad and a tape measure.

I'll give him credit that he wore a mask. But there were no carpet samples brought to my home for me to review. He took measurements of my stairs for a runner and said he'd email me some information. I didn't get the email until a few days later when I asked for it. He sent me a link to view carpet choices but gave me no guidance on price or what materials serve better as stair runners.

I asked for some help and a ballpark estimate of what I may be paying for this stair runner depending on the materials. Since then, it's been radio silence. No response to my follow up emails. I've called once a week for the past three weeks to no avail. Someone picks up the phone and says with urgency that they're sorry and they'll email Suresh and copy someone else to escalate the issue and someone will get back to me in the next day or two. Three repetitions of that song and dance and here I am, still waiting for someone to reach out to me. Don't waste your time.

Props to Melinda for the outstanding professionalism. She was quick, efficient, and extremely helpful during the entire process. Also, the carpet crew was extraordinary and went above and beyond to make it work for our closet configuration.

Went here to look for area rugs. A salesman happened to be standing at the door and welcomed me in. They had a pretty wide selection. I didn't wind up purchasing anything but I did appreciate that there was no sales pressure. In fact, (surprisingly) no one approached me at all! That may have angered me if I was actually ready to buy. Maybe they realized I was only looking.

Had hardwood flooring installed. Boards pop up and down and 1 inch transition strip causes me to trip over it. There are spaces brtween some planks that are too wide. I was given one estimate and Monday and a much higher estimate on Tuesday by a different salesman. They are not honest people and I will never us them again.

On 3-30 had new carpet put down on my entire upstairs, 3 bedrooms, small hall, and stairs, my installer Mike was on time and ready to work. the job was done in 5hrs. everything was put back in place and the carpet looks great! Great Job!

The man who sold us our flooring was very helpful, even got us a good deal. However that's where my satisfaction ends. We were told one day installation. 2 men showed up for 7 hours on Day 1 and didn't finish one room (we were doing our entire upstairs). 2 different men show up on Day 2 and stay 12 hours. We eventually had to tell them to leave because we have a small infant and had to put her to bed.

The floor looks wonderful. The process however was not so wonderful. They were pounding so hard they knocked dry wall off our ceiling in 2 different spots, which they said they would fix and just gave us the run around. They scuffed and knocked dry wall off the wall in the master room, when they put the closet doors back on they mixed them up and now none of the closets will close, and they left nails on the floor which our baby could have discovered. Overall I will not be recommending this company to anyone. Yes the floor looks nice but it was not worth the hassle at all.
