Wow! We are so happy with the floors that Mercer installed for us. They are beautiful and durable. The process of selecting floors and scheduling was easy and pleasant. The materials were available quickly and the crew finished the job AHEAD of schedule. And they kept us updated throughout the entire process. Highly recommend Mercer Carpet One! We had a wonderful experience from the moment we walked into their show room and were welcomed and helped by Katlin. She really listened to our needs and offered the best solution that met the quality we wanted with a price we could afford. The installation team was amazing and even took care of a squeak that we had on our sub floor for almost 15 years.

I had a great experience with Luis and team! We got our existing hardwood refinished in our hallway/foyer and new hard wood installed in the office. We installed raw hardwood so everything was stained at the same time. Luis made sure to check in with us throughout the process to make sure we were happy with the stain, finish, and moldings. They did a great job matching color between the new and old wood as well. Very happy with are new/old floors!

Mercer Carpet went above and beyond when it came to our needs. When we first entered the showroom we met with Jim and were made aware of what our options were in a very relaxed setting. No hype, no hard sell. Katlin came out to take measurements. She also handled the coordination of each install. Again - no hype, no hard sell. She was more than able to accommodate our special needs.

They ordered the carpet for all three rooms and stairway and kept it in storage for when it was needed. When it came to installation they more than worked with our situation. Since we are renovating our house ourselves it took us over 2 years. We had the carpet installed in our home office first. Some time passed and they came out and installed the carpet in a guest bedroom.

Some more time passed and they came out a final time to install the carpet in our stairway and master bedroom. Each time Dave and Bunky did the installs. They were extremely professional and personable. We highly recommend Mercer!

My experience with Mercer was excellent! Jim took the time to fully check over all of our hardwoods and actually recommended we NOT do an area because it wasn't in need of a refinish. Everything was explained and were put on the calendar. Price seemed very reasonable and inline with my expectations. Luis and his team that came to refinish the floors were great!

They explained the process, confirmed the color selections, and even made a "test" area for us to compare a couple of closely matched colors we weren't sure about. He sent pictures each day showing each step of the process. We even had a small area that needed a touch up and Luis came that day to take care of it without any complaint. We had a great experience. My wife and I are getting our home ready to sell so we needed flooring in the bathrooms and carpet throughout. After attempting to use Home Depot, we called Mercer and got a much better deal. The guys at Mercer were easy to talk with. They have been very accommodating and flexible with install dates- I had to push the carpet install back to get more painting finished. As for customer service, they have come out twice to fix minor things for us. We are very happy with the new look of our home- thanks!
