I was very impressed with LBF from the very beginning of our interaction, to the completion of the project. Everyone I was in contact were excellent with communication, very knowledgeable, professional, and really seems invested in a quality result. I got various quotes from flooring companies and while LBF was not the least expensive, they also weren't the most expensive and I am certain the work, craftsmanship and product were all worth the cost. They are very detail oriented, which is so important when it comes to working in someone's home. Thank you so much for such a beautiful final product. I'm beyond thrilled.

We had an excellent experience with this company - to me, they seem quite passionate about their work. Staff was patient and responsive, and made suggestions that kept this project within budget. On day 1, installer was very patient with color selection - we eventually used a custom mixed stain which we were very happy with. I was notified each day afterwards when someone would come to add the next coat of poly (we went with the oil).

They're fine until you ask for help with filing a warranty claim. For 6 months the only response I've gotten from them is that they're waiting for the rep to respond. I've requested the rep's info and a copy of the warranty and they've ignored me. Floors are peeling and losing stain everywhere. Beware of the slick sales pitch up front - behind it lies zero customer service. UPDATE: owner contacted me only after leaving the review to blame his vendor again.

Hands down, Lady Baltimore Floors was the best company that we've ever dealt with for home improvements. They replaced most of the floors on our first level and refinished our existing staircase. From the moment I called them for a quote, the service was exceptional. Tim was very genuine and gave us great ideas about what new floor would look best in our home.

From the minute I signed the contract (pricing was very reasonable by the way) to the final install, service was awesome. The team in the office (thank you Trey) communicated job status extremely well and was very proactive in alerting us to any snags along the way. The install crew did an amazing job and I highly recommend them for all your flooring needs!

A friend referred me to Lady Baltimore Floors when I was inquiring about getting my staircase changed from carpet to hardwood. It is an old historic house with a curving staircase. The person who came and did the quote was polite, straight forward, and efficient. I received quotes immediately and booked my project which started at my convivence. The person who did the stairs let us know it could take two days since our stairs are so unique.

He was very considerate of my cats, knowledgeable, and friendly. There were a few hiccups due to the original trim sticking out too far for the installation, but he took care of it. Everything was done timely, efficiently, with little hassle and turned out great.

Very happy with the outcome - our new floors look amazing! However, we did run into a few issues. For example: installers left trash on our patio and in our yard, we were told our job was complete and charged but it actually wasn't complete, and there was little communication once our project began (we went from a two week job to a four day job with no update until the job was complete.

Don't get me wrong, that's great, but the lack of communication was concerning). Like I said, the flooring is beautiful and Matt was great and easy to work with during the beginning stages, however those other items are the reason I can't go higher than three stars.

Call them for flooring! Best company to work with!. I did delux vinyl downstairs because of my dog. Everyone thinks it is hardwood. I did all my upstairs and stairs in hardwood. Steps are not those layovers. It is solid. They were recommended by a friend. I would never use anyone else! Johnny was the best! They are very tidy and careful. I was still in the house and only left bulky furniture and they took care of it all. Shout outs to Zach and Trey too! Even all the delivery people were awesome. Price was very very reasonable!

Could not be happier with the outcome of our floors. They were in rough shape from years of kids and dogs. The owner, Tim, came out to give us an estimate and walked me through the process. The ladies in the office were very helpful and positive. It was a messy process but after they were done everything looks beautiful! Strongly recommend them!

I would highly recommend Lady Baltimore Floors for any flooring work! They were super friendly in the showroom and had a great display of options to choose from. We used them for our hardwood on our first floor and carpet in our basement and it turned out perfect!
