Everyone knows how draining it can be to find the right floors. What color; what price, is it in stock? Thank God for Alfredo Latour and his team. Walked right in, found everything we were looking for at the best rate. No joke. Come here first if you're looking for floors.

I made a purchase of 92 boxes of laminate flooring worth over $ 3,000. I tried to return 10 leftover boxes to whoever I knew and they did not accept it. Not even offering a lower price than i paid. We work with large remodeling companies and this has never happened. I do not recommend this place in any way. Besides, they have a sign on the wall where they offer money for making good reviews. That is misleading.

Global Wood Floors is absolutely amazing. They did my floors upstairs and stairs in November last year. I initially was hesitant after leaving a deposit, so I decided to leave a review based on my personal experience. I initially wanted engineered hard wood floors and paid the entire order upfront. After changing my mind a day later, I was scared I would possibly not receive a refund. Adrian reassured me every step of the way and was very patient during the entire transaction.

He helped me choose a different floor that would work for my needs and immediately refunded the difference! The installation as well was impeccable. Yoel and his crew were amazing. He made sure the job was flawless and the work was done professionally. He even had a custom piece made for the first step and installed it onsite. He finished the floors by caulking the edges and cleaning up everything.

I absolutely thrilled with their work and love my floors. I would absolutely recommend Global wood floors to anyone. Thank you for you amazing customer service, patience, professionalism and amazing installation!

The storefront is quiet and welcoming. They have a variety of beautiful flooring selections at a competitive price. Adrian was friendly, provided multiple price options but was not pushy, and made arrangements for me to pick up the floors on the same day, since my family and I live far from their office. Loved working with Global Woods Floors. They were helpful during the entire process of my vinyl wood floor installation. Global wood floors has so many colors and variations. The options are really limitless. It was easy to pick the right vinyl floor for my new home. Customer service was also very welcoming and they were very genuine and caring with my selections to make sure I got what I wanted.

STAY AWAY! Their GM is thief, I put down a deposit for some laminate flooring, asked for my deposit back the next business day; now this crook won't give me back my deposit. Says the material has already been secured, this thief never even did a full take off of the flooring to know how much laminate flooring was truly required to secured. It's been more than a month now and he still has my deposit.

I had Global Wood Floors install hardwood in my den and it came out great! They are very professional, clean and organized and I was surprised at the cost as well. Definitely the best wood flooring company I've found in the Miami area.
