I want everyone to know Seth is awesome! He found a wood flooring for me that was discontinued and has been for quite some time. He was deligent and patience now here we are a month later and I have all the floor I asked for! Other companies blew me off and used the "discounted" your screwed try something else! I highly recommend Direct Wood Flooring. I recently ordered nearly 1300 sq ft of a engineered flooring to match the current flooring in a beach house I purchased. I talked with Seth and he was able to help me identify the flooring and to locate a supply of this uncommon flooring. His price was much lower than the other local flooring companies I contacted.
He arranged shipment and informed me of the trucking company's procedure for delivery. I had an issue with UPS delivering my flooring as scheduled. I contacted Seth and he immediately handled my issue. UPS delivered my flooring the next day and it arrived damage free. I checked the flooring and it is exactly what I needed. In my opinion you will make a costly mistake if you do not contact Direct Wood Flooring for a quote before buying flooring. By accident we failed to order enough Tiger Bamboo wood to complete the project. At 6:30pm I found out about this issue. The 1,500 SQ. Ft. Project was to be completed in 6 days. I promptly contacted "Seth". He within five minutes or less was able to set an order to arrive within 36 hours to my destination. Due to his prompt attention I was able to get the wood in time and complete the project. I strongly recommend this company. If you have an issue Seth will solve it for you. Purchase was fine and price was good even with the shipping, but just make sure you are willing to live with no returns if there is anything wrong, their policy is very strict. They sent me wrong nosing and we didnt discover it until after it was cut, and for not taking back a $60 return for a mistake they made that delayed my installation, it left a very bad taste.
