I have visited Ambassador several times recently to locate samples of tile for my kitchen remodel. While the sales person asssigned to me wasnt always available, Tanner stepped in to help me every time. He was so knowledgeable, helpful, and so pleasant to work with! I appreciate his attentiveness, all the way to loading samples in my car. I totaly rate him all 5 stars!

I went to ambassador flooring to ask questions about future purchases, and to grab samples of our flooring it took me about 30 minutes to finally get help and once I got help they were completely helpless I went through three sales people until I got to the manager who also was completely helpless very rude I highly recommend giving other foreign companies your business did not get good vibes from this place at all! The sales people are worse than sleazy greasy car salesman!

We have used Ambassador Flooring twice now, once to purchase Coretec LVP to lay through our house and once to purchase carpet and install carpet on our stairs and under our stairs. We worked with David for both. He was incredibly friendly and very detail oriented which resulted in very accurate quotes and quick turn around. He also saved us quite a bit of money compared to what another local company quoted us when purchasing our Coretec.

The guy who installed our carpet was very friendly, professional, and punctual and he got the job done quick while doing quality work. If we do anymore work on the floors in our house, we will continue to use this company and will recommend them to friends.

We had our entire main level tore out and new hardwoods put in. We also had our master bathroom tile installed with underfloor heating. Everything was done very professionally and carefully. Thanks to the team: Josh C., Mark A., Brian M., Anthony T., Dennis W., and Joe G. All went above and beyond. We live our new floors!

We recently purchased flooring and Cynthia was our sales person. I have been wanting to replace my floors in my old farmhouse but was unable to make a decision. Cynthia's expert eye picked out a few options that were perfect. She made an experience I was dreading into a very easy decision. I love my new Mannington floors and when I am ready to start on the rest of the house, I am heading back to find Cynthia.

Cynthia has sold flooring and carpet to several of my friends. All of their floors look amazing! Everyone was very happy with the customer service here. Not sure what you are looking for, no worries, with her design background she can help narrow it down to something that fits your budget and style. I know I will be buying my flooring here in the near future!

I worked with Cynthia Charleville to select tile for a new master bath and kitchen backsplash. She was VERY knowledgeable about the different brands that Ambassador has and helped me stay on budget! With such a large showroom it was great to have somebody walk me through the whole process and help me select items that I love!

Ambassador is World-class. Their diverse selection of flooring is amazing. Our sales person, Cynthia, is a good listener, not a pushy sales person. She seeks to understand and then guides you to just the right flooring choice. I highly recommend Ambassador!

From budgeting, planning, choosing the carpet, to delivery and placement, they were wonderful. Tanner helped me so that I got great quality and color and fit. He communicated without delay for every step. I was having large area rugs made, so there was an extra step, but I always knew what was happening. Joe's delivery and set up team was extremely tidy and professional. I could not have asked for more. My home is beautiful! I will be back when we plan the finishing of the basement and replace the bedroom and den carpets. They are the best!

We purchased $20K of floors with Ambassador 6 months and are now having to replace everything. We came in knowing nothing about flooring and specifically asked for durable floors because we have two 60lb dogs. We were sold floors twice the price as others to get the "best" quality possible. After being destroyed in 3 months, we called Ambassador and their only solution was us pay for all new flooring. They told us we signed and agreed to the terms. Very disappointing we were taken advantage of and are now out $20K. Do not use Ambassador if you value your money.
