We are a locally-owned and operated flooring store serving the Cincinnati, OH area. When we opened more than 31 years ago, we started as a small carpet installer and have grown to one of the region's largest flooring companies. We now operate a 20,000 square-foot showroom and offer carpet, vinyl, hardwood, ceramic tile and custom area rugs. We still employ many of our original employees! Our success was achieved one client at a time by offering quality products, expert installation and competitive prices.

Some homeowners have come to believe those ceramic & porcelain tiles are the same flooring product. While it's true they do have a lot of the same components, features, and benefits, there are enough differences that each one is its own flooring material. In fact, the differences are just subtle enough that one will probably be better suited to your specific needs than the other will. Keith Paige was great to work with. He was very patient as I wasn't sure what I wanted. And he provided pros and cons for the various LVT especially since we wanted to do our stairs. He made sure we got samples so we could compare and evaluate in our home. We ended up doing the whole house and it looks even better than I had hoped! Installation went great and everyone seemed to really care and checked back with me to make sure everything was ok. Great customer service!

My wife and I are building our retirement home, hopefully it is our last one. Anyone that has gone thru the building process knows 1st hand how difficult the overall process can be. Building over the past year following a COVID shutdown, supply chain issues and rising prices has made the building process that much more challenging. A huge bright spot in our experience has been our interaction with JP Flooring. Brenda B and Stefanie O are nothing short of rock stars.

Great selection and helpful staff from the front desk to designer/sales and installers. Very happy to find just what we needed. We were working with a deadline and Ted followed up to ensure selection & quantity needed was in the warehouse. The installers did a great job working with me to prevent having to disconnect component wiring from wall. The finished product looks great and the transition trim to existing tile was finished in the requested manner. Very happy with the customer service as well as the high quality of work of everyone. When it is time to replace our kitchen floor I will definitely go to JP Flooring first.

We bought our carpet from JP Flooring. The salesperson, Ro Listerman, was excellent. I told her I had no idea what I was doing or what I wanted. I gave her a budget and she helped me select the most beautiful (and so soft) carpet. I expected the cost to be much higher than the hardware stores, but they were nearly the same. I can't give 5 stars because we did have an issue with the first installer. However, when I notified JP Flooring of the issues, they responded exactly like you would want a company to respond.
The installation manager and President came out to the house, listened to our issues and respectfully agreed to fix the problems. They were able to redo the installation perfectly the second time. I wouldn't let this experience deter you from using JP Flooring. I could tell that our experience was an anomaly and they were mortified. We are very happy and we will absolutely use JP Flooring again in the future.

We went to a number of flooring retailers before coming to JP flooring. Rachel worked with us to find the exact flooring we were looking for and Don and his crew did a great job installing our floors and rehabbing our steps. While other flooring companies were taking weeks and weeks to change our entire house, JP flooring only took a few weeks to actually make the change in our house. It was a really good experience.

We have always used JP Flooring for carpet. But this time was different in a bad way. I researched and found it was sold to a national company. From sales to installation it was bad. The sales person never returned my calls after waiting 3 months. It took a week and 3 different installers to do a one day simple job. They over ordered on the amount of carpet needed and under measured the length for stairs.

We couldn't be happier with our tile floor. Installers were fantastic, and the installation went very well! When we had questions, we called Andy who oversees installation. He answered all my text messages, phone calls and came to the house numerous times to make sure the work was progressing and being done correctly. Needless to say, he went above and beyond the call of duty. He was patient and professional. Andy made sure we were satisfied and indeed we are.

Great service from sales floor to install. Purchased new flooring for first floor. The price was very competitive on both product and installation service. Pat, the salesperson, was friendly and knowledgeable. The installers were efficient and did a very good job. Will definitely look here for any future flooring needs.

JP Flooring comes through yet again! Their sales staff and installers are the best in town! Their attention to detail, ensuring that the job site is clean when they are finished, and pride taken in doing a job well! Ro Listerman, sales rep extraordinaire, worked with me to ensure that I was confident in my selection and as pictured, it's FABULOUS!
