They let us browse without bothering us, but when I wanted him, Howard was right there. They had tons of samples to view, which helped us decide on our style and color preferences. Howard offered advice without pressure, which was just what we wanted. Hoeard taught us about quality, best usage for each type of flooring. We'll be back to pick out LVP and carpeting soon.

Excellent experience in purchasing carpeting for our two bedrooms. Bob was the best in explaining the in's and out's of buying carpeting according to our needs. Tom the installer did a great job. The all in one price made our shopping a lot easier on sticking to our budget. When we need carpeting again in the future, we will definitely be purchasing at Georgia Carpets.

We had a very good experience with Georgia Carpets. Howard was our salesman and helped us select our new carpet. There is so much to choose from and it can be overwhelming. We needed to replace our upstairs carpet of many years. It looks great. Joe and Gus were our carpet installers and they were phenomenal. They have their routine down to perfection. Moving furniture, running up and down the stairs, tearing out the old carpet and installing the new carpet and padding.

We are very pleased. We were able to split the installation to two separate days to accommodate moving things from room to room which was a great help. We had 4 bedrooms, long hallway and long set of stairs.

We just did our third whole house carpet installation with Georgia Carpets and were so pleased with the whole experience. We bought a townhome with some very tricky closing and moving dates and they were so flexible and understanding regarding the circumstances we found ourselves in. The installers did an excellent job, and at the last minute prior to the move so we could get the carpet installed before the furniture was moved in.

Terrible experience. First they lost my measurements of rooms so said they'd have to come back out. Phil the sales guy said he'd call me on Tuesday and I never heard from him. I called Thursday amd he said he forgot. I called back and asked for a manager and never got a call back. Plenty of carpet places to use. several People warned me about this place and now I know why.

Excellent service from sales to installation--my best google find of 2021! I'll definitely be using this company for any future needs. Thanks Howard!

Poor quality installation and customer service. I had carpet and stair runners installed about 2.5 years ago. My living room carpet is starting to develop ridges and the finished edges of my runners are fraying and pulling away from the carpet. Unacceptable after 2.5 years. I've called the store numerous times and am told I'll receive a call from the owner. No such luck, would not recommend!

This firm is a disaster! I would stay away if you're looking to have anything actually accomplished! I worked with Howard who I had to constantly chase every step of the way - from getting samples to getting pricing to having my house measured, to accepting my order, to even getting him to take my deposit! He never responded in a timely manner and it was always me calling him again and again to get action.

Then when we're all set to pay him and schedule he cancels on us and declines the order! This was a large order - the whole house carpeted! And now I have to start from scratch while my house is being painted and we're ready to go.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience from working with Bob the salesman to the install. Installers were very friendly and professional. I would recommend Georgia carpets to anyone.

Out of 3 bids Georgia Carpet gave the best! The crew they sent to install about 1400 square feet of flooring on our first floor was outstanding. They were prompt, courteous, communicated each step of the way and worked hard until the job was completed. We are very happy with our new floors and will be calling Georgia Carpets soon for our 2nd floor carpeting.

Howard is amazing! Friendly. Love our carpet. Installation very detailed and price was better than any big box for comparable quality.

Phil was so accommodating in helping us choose carpet and helped us to get the project done two days before our first house showing! The carpet laying team was delightful to work with. We shopped price and Geiorgia carpet was the best - quality/price/haul away-everything!

This was the best price so we had our basement carpeted. 2 fantastic workers who are employees, not subs. I would use them again in a minute.

On October 24 I called to get a quote for some carpet I had found at Lowes. I spoke to Claudette. She was great and I thought that we would get the carpet ordered and installed for the holidays. Unfortunately Claudette sent me an e-mail a little later that day saying that my assigned sales guy was Jeff and I needed to work with him. This is most likeIy due to getting a quote years ago on other carpet needs.

I tried multiple times to get quotes from Jeff, but he was non-responsive. I sent Claudette an e-mail on October 25th explaining that I could not get a hold of Jeff. She replied on the 28th. Jeff did reply later that day. I immediately forwarded him what I was looking for. On Dec 9th I again tried to get something from Jeff. Today in Dec 15 and I have completely wasted over a month.

I am writing this review on Georgia Carpets because their system has led to failure. If one salesperson is not getting back to a customer then let another. I feel that Claudette would have completed this sale. Shame on Georgia Carpets!

I was very pleased with the service I received in the store and even more pleased during the installation. The installer was polite and expertly completed the install. My installer's name is Jesus.

Helpful, knowledgeable, and really fair pricing. Installation was extremely well done as well. We will go back in the future.

My wife and I found Georgia Carpets on the internet and they had really good Yelp reviews. Based on the reviews we went with them to carpet our basement stairs and put carpet tiles in our basement (replacing the carpet that had already been in it). Georgia Carpets did not disappoint. Jeff, the salesperson we worked with was very professional, responsive and a pleasure to work with.

I can't speak for any other installers, but Joe and Gus were 100%. They did a great job, were also very professional and again, a pleasure to work with. We are very happy with the carpet and with Joe and Gus's installation! Thanks guys.

We needed new carpet for our house and were under some time constraints since we wanted the work done before we moved in. Howard was great to work with. Georgia had a great selection and great prices.

We needed carpet for two vacant bedrooms so we were looking for above average carpeting at reasonable prices. Checked out four stores and decided on Georgia because of Phil, their pricing and variety of options. In terms of installation they called when they were on their way, were extremely professional and did a great job. They even moved some very heavy furniture without hesitation. I highly recommend them and would go nowhere else for carpet.

We hired Georgia Carpets to do the upstairs in our addition. Absolutely nothing but a positive experience. We worked with Bob who had impeccable customer service and was very knowledgeable. Our installer today did a wonderful job (didn't catch his name) and was so patient with my four year old who came with a lot of questions. :) Highly recommend!

Staff inside the store is personable, helpful and zero hard sell. Expect to only keep your samples a few days though. The installers were great. Amazing craftsmanship, friendly, tidy, on time, did great work. We had so much work done, and are happy with the product and experience.

Georgia carpets installed a custom stair runner and carpet in our upstairs hallway, and custom sized area rugs. We are 100% satisfied with every aspect of the experience. The sales guy was low pressure and knowledgeable - a veritable carpet nerd. The price was significantly lower than the quote we got for the exact same carpet from a competitor a little further down Ogden Ave. the guy who came to measure gave us good advice on gaps and placement.

And the installers were fantastic. Professional, hard working and extremely polite. We are so pleased with the results. We will be going back to Georgia Carpets for any future carpeting needs without hesitation.

I searched for quality carpeting at a reasonable price and I found Georgia carpets. It had been a while since I had purchased carpeting and was shocked at the number of places that charged by the foot rather than the yard. They have a huge selection and will even custom cut area carpeting in case you cannot find an area rug that has the right colors or is an odd size.

They will order larger pieces of the color you are interested in and you can take them home for trial. Service to ensure you are completely satisfied and installation when they say they will be there.
