I just called to order some supplies for hardwood flooring and the lady flat out told me that my order was not worth there time. I'm a hardwood floor co tractor that orders from this place a lot. I'll never do business here again and I'll also be Informing other contractor friends not too either. Wow!

I purchased some product to finish some floors. I was told I could return what I didn't use at a 20% restocking fee(shady). When the job was completed and I had two containers of finish to return, only then did they tell me I could not get refunded but has to take a store credit. I will be using other suppliers in the future who value their repeat customers.
