I received great service at Total flooring! Brit did an excellent job coordinating and helping me choose flooring. Juan and crew were very neat and did a great job paying attention to detail. The new LVT floors look awesome!

Excellent service! Brittany was fantastic to work with. Very helpful in helping us match carpet with new couch. Was only going to do two rooms but ended up doing three. Great prices. Instillation was super. Fernando and his partner were amazing. They worked fast and cleaned up everything! They moved furniture carefully and installed carpet with no problems. Would highly recommended Total Flooring for your flooring needs.

We used Total Flooring to replace the carpet in our basement with LVP on the recommendations of a neighborhood facebook group. We are delighted with our new basement flooring. Our sales rep Brittany did a fantastic job of helping narrow down the options to a handful that worked with the colors of our home and that fit within our budget. Juan and his team are super hard workers and did a beautiful job with the installation. Brit made the whole process from start to finish a great experience.

We will definitely be back for additional flooring projects in the future, and I just recommended Brit to a friend following the purchase of her home that needs some updating. Highly recommend.

This was the 4th time we have worked with Total Flooring over the past 20 years. Over the years, they have done hardwood floors, porcelain tile floors, shower tiles, prefinished hardwood, and LVT for us. All were great experiences. This time they tore out our old tile floor in 3 rooms and replaced it with tile planks that look like wood. The floors are absolutely beautiful!

Our kitchen looks so new and updated. They removed the old tiles and hauled it away. Everything was cleaned up afterwards. The installers were very nice and professional. The manager, Ken is great to work with. We are very pleased. No need to go anywhere else.

A great experience throughout. The selection of LVT was extensive. The showroom was bright and the service was amazing. My salesperson, Brit, was patient and answered a myriad of questions. When I made my decision, she worked everything expediently and around my schedule. She followed up every step of the way. Service with a capital S. The installers, Juan and George worked tirelessly.

They do beautiful work. One of the best parts of this was the quote. There were no surprises at the end. The price that Brit quoted (everything- tear up, take away, move furniture, materials, installation and much more), was the price paid. Professionalism and service like this is the way every business should operate.

We had a wonderful experience with Total Flooring while finishing our basement. Brittany was very helpful with finding products that were within our budget and has a great eye for design. Brittany went above and beyond throughout the whole process. She was always very prompt with estimates, placing orders and getting installers out as soon as possible.

We had 3 different installers work in our basement; one for carpet, one for tile and one for vinyl flooring, and all 3 did an amazing job. Total Flooring has great employees and a great selection. I would definitely recommend them!

My experience was great from beginning to end. Brit my sales person was helpful, easy to contact and work with, and answered all my questions. The installers worked so hard and did a great job. I can't say enough good things about them! Would highly recommend Total Flooring to others!

Purchased flooring through Costco and had Pat from Total Flooring come out to do appraisal and sales. Process was very smooth, quote was easy to understand what pricing related to what service. The total cost was less than LL Flooring quoted for same job, but the quality of product was 10X better with Total Flooring. I wouldn't look any further than them, very competitive pricing.

The installer they scheduled with was AMAZING, very professional small family outfit. They did a great job and made sure we were happy. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

What to expect: extensive damage, no clean up, no apologies, and a lot of disrespect. We had 3 small bedrooms, 1 hallway, and stairs carpeted. All furniture, old underlayment, carpet, and tack strips were carefully removed by us, the homeowners, prior to the install. As you can see from the pictures, the subcontractors left extensive damage like scratches, dings, grease marks, yellow glue on multiple baseboards, door trims, corners, walls, and the hallway ceiling.

We were originally told from the salesperson that these were not subcontractors, they were employees of TF. That was a lie. When we brought up the damage to TF, they said that the marks can be wiped away and that the damage would be covered by furniture. This is not an appropriate excuse for their poor workmanship. TF then tried to blame the damage on us. TF does not stand behind their clients, so we are writing this review to make other potential clients aware. Walls cannot be painted in patches because it leaves hotspots.

Entire walls and the hallway ceiling needed to be repainted to cover up scratches, entire baseboards and trims needed to have the grease marks removed and then repainted. Has anyone ever tried to remove grease marks from flat ceiling paint, yeah it does not work. Nothing is more nerve racking then having to repaint on top of fresh carpeting. The contractors left shreds of carpet pieces everywhere for us to vacuum up after they left. 4 vacuum canisters full of shreds.

What a terrible way to leave a client's home. Total Flooring damaged our property, wasted our time and hard earned money, and could not come to a resolution for reimbursement. Shame. Stay far away!
