It was impossible to have a better experience at Crown floors. Willy, the owner is a gentleman, very patient, with a fun sense of humor. He takes the time to work with you on different options and makes great suggestions. His prices are very fair and many places couldn't come close to what he offers. The team he sent to install our flooring was exceptionally professional, on time, and did quality work. I strongly suggest you visit Crown to get the best value for your money.

We recently used services from Crown Floors to get the hardwood flooring done in bedrooms, stairs and luxury vinyl tiles for the kitchen floor. I must say that we are very much satisfied and happy with the work done by them. Willy from Crown floors is extremely professional and flexible to work with. The crew sent by Willy did an amazing job installing the floors.
The lead member of the installation crew, Scott, was extremely precise and thorough in his work. Willy even visited himself a couple of times while the work was in progress. I was looking to change my floors since 2019 and after a lot research and estimates from other companies decided to go with Crown Floors and so happy I did. Willy was easy to work with, extremely professional and honest. The installers came on time and they did an amazing job on installation. Great attention to detail and worked extremely clean and fast. Crown Flooring in Chantilly came highly recommended to me by two friends that I trust. I saw their installation job of carpet and laminate flooring. My friend told me their prices were competitive and they were very happy with their flooring. Crown Flooring in Chantilly was very easy to work with and extremely professional. I also used them for carpet and flooring.
Their product selection was great and their install time was very short and convenient. Their installers came on time, we're professional, and clean. The installation was flawless. I'm very happy with both products. I used cortex which is interlocking flooring and a neutral carpet with an updated pad.

Crown Floors installed carpeting for my condo and I was so pleased with the work, that I had them install luxury vinyl tiles in my kitchen and bathroom. Willy Amin gave me a very reasonable price, and I find him trustworthy and honest. The installers were pros and were careful to keep my place tidy. They did an excellent job overall.

Great experience with Crown Floors and working with Willy. They installed wood flooring in 2019 after a kitchen remodel. May 2021 installed new carpet in basement to include stairs. Shared a better quality carpet was on sale and close to orignal selection price. Even recommended a better color choice after understanding what we were looking to do in basement and the amount of light coming in. Friendly sinstallers and very neat. Would highly recommend you give them a call.

We've got our entire ~ 5000 sft wood repolished with kitchen floor replacement. We also got all new carpets for all 3 levels done by Crown Floors. Willy is very knowledgable, an excellent person, very honest and transparent. He guided us in the right direction. He never went into price wars with the other company we were talking to. He gave us the best price and focused on quality and service.
